I have driven only American cars since 2006, they normally come with lots of bells and whistles, so it was funny to see an ash tray and CD player in the vehicle. I like the way the car handles. It is smooth to drive and comfortable. Not too big and not too small.

He also provided me with very specific information, advice and paperwork; for example, regarding sales tax, that saved me a lot of money. After a pleasant service experience (in which they worked to get me in while still under warranty), I brought my mother in as her lease was nearing the end. The salesman, Marlon, and the manager, Isaac, couldn’t have been nicer to deal with and she ended up signing the papers that day. Although long term Mercedes customers, we had become disappointed with the level of service (and, let’s be honest, the price) we were being given by our normal dealer. Marlon and Isaac, and the service department, were a pleasure to do business with, and I have every intention to return when my own lease is up.

I must say when I first purchased the vehicle it handled very smoothly now when I took it to get the smoke smell out it drive like the new parts were taken out so I have to take it back to the dealership and get another car and have it inspected. Which I love Carvana I’m going to get my car from them because I had a larger suv and it’s been great on gas and insurance as well.

Having never owned a Mercedes-Benz before, I really had no idea what to expect. I am pleased to announce that, while having only owned it for two days, I am completely in love with this little SUV. Some of the controls are a little quirky compared to the 2020 Lincoln Corsair that preceded it, but I'm learning quickly and feeling more comfortable and confident with every mile!
