Satisfying Experience I went to this dealership on a whim just to get familiar with the different types of cars they had. I knew I wanted my first Mercedes-Benz but I wasn’t sure which class I wanted. There was a lady salesperson I don’t recall her name whom I had a conversation with but she had to leave so she introduced me to Michael Nwachukwu. He was kind and very patient seeing that I had a thousand and one questions I’m sure he would agree. 😊 Michael took me on a test drive and I fell in love with the GLC 300 and that was all it took. The next day I was back wanting to put a deposit down on the car so they would hold it for me. I love how Michael always greeted me by my name when I walked into the dealership as if he had known me for years. Although he didn’t know it that is one of my biggest pet peeve’s for a person to not remember my name so he immediately got a 10 with me. Took my 2015 SL400 in to correct a faulty trouble signal. Vehicle was taken right in and was promptly hooked up with a loaner. The issue was resolved by the end of the day and I picked it up next day. It all went smoothly.

Really enjoyed this car buying experience. When the car started acting up they were all over it and fo t it to a Ford dealership for diagnostics. Literally refused to let them send the car back until they were satisfied that my car is tip top. Can't say enough about Dave in sales, Phil their awesome mechanic who advocated for me like it was his own car. Then the GM met with me to talk about the experience and stand behind the car if the same problem recurs. Jessica at the desk made a rough week much nicer. So pleased to work with Blasius of Middletown and will be a repeat customer for sure!!

After purchasing our GLA 250, 5 yrs ago, 1; our long distance travel includes -to date- 5 times (LA/PHX) - in addition to several "local" trips(Midwest w/o a single problem! 2; We have yet to switch from "E" to "S" - since 'she' already acts as an "Italian" sports car on "E"! "Drawback" 1: Our initial concern was the more expensive hi-grade gas (91/93). However, we do get 31 mpg on combined city/hi-way driving. 2: A trifle too tight for luggage at long distance trvl and/or transporting i.e. skis.
