We found ourselves looking for a car in a very buyer unfriendly environment. After several discouraging experiences at other dealerships (including our previous Mercedes dealer) Ray Catena of Freehold was a refreshing experience. When we showed up our salesman John Farrell was ready for us with the vehicle we were interested in. The Manger Leigh stopped by to say hello and I was promptly connected with a representative to take me on a test drive. John was incredibly considerate of our time. Rather than sitting to wait and keeping us hostage at the dealership, he ran the numbers and called me later. We quickly agreed on a price and 24 hours later he delivered the vehicle to our house. In total I spent no more than 90 minutes driving, negotiating the agreement, and signing paperwork This is the most pleasant and easy experience we had buying a car and we have been working with Mercedes Benz for the last 10 years. I cannot recommend this dealership or John Farrell or Leigh Farrell more highly.

Absolutely unbelievable experience! I drove 5hrs to trade my old truck in, was at the dealership for less than 45 minutes signing paperwork and checking out the new truck and I was on my way back home! I can’t thank them enough for everything and making the process so seamless!

I must say when I first purchased the vehicle it handled very smoothly now when I took it to get the smoke smell out it drive like the new parts were taken out so I have to take it back to the dealership and get another car and have it inspected. Drop me back. Got the vehicle fixed. You never charged me a dime. Very pleased with the service. they’re very honest with their advice thank you Kris and thank you Talor. Having never owned a Mercedes-Benz before, I really had no idea what to expect. I am pleased to announce that, while having only owned it for two days, I am completely in love with this little SUV. Some of the controls are a little quirky compared to the 2020 Lincoln Corsair that preceded it, but I'm learning quickly and feeling more comfortable and confident with every mile!

I ordered my Brand new GLA 250 4 M. OMG. I am very happy and very satisfied. The SUV runs very smooth the quality is very very good. When you close the door, you can feel it. Great quality everything is Great. When I'm driving wowie I feel like I'm flying in the airplane. No bumps. I am happy with my purchased. Even I waited for 6 months because of chips shortage.
