Just got the 2023 gla 250 4matic. It’s good looking inside and out and drives very well, comfortable and sporty in perfect combination. My only knock would be the front seats seem a little small. You have to do a lot of option thinking to get exactly what you want and are willing to pay for but otherwise a good value.

They were very diligent in getting back to us. Unfortunately we could not agree on a reasonable price for our trade inn

From the easy access to the dealership off the West Side Highway, to the amazing environment they’ve created inside, to sales consultant Gregory Gazzola’s expertise and ability to read a customer and deliver the vehicle I wanted, at the price I could afford, expeditiously, it was absolutely the best experience. I emailed Gregory this morning, he found me a vehicle, presented a deal, and gave me a pick up time for earlier this afternoon. This SUV looks very cute, drives extremely well, highly maneuverable, very stable, and is easy to park anywhere. Its interior is fabulous. It remains stable in cross winds and in tight corners.

After purchasing our GLA 250, 5 yrs ago, 1; our long distance travel includes -to date- 5 times (LA/PHX) - in addition to several "local" trips(Midwest w/o a single problem! 2; We have yet to switch from "E" to "S" - since 'she' already acts as an "Italian" sports car on "E"! "Drawback" 1: Our initial concern was the more expensive hi-grade gas (91/93). However, we do get 31 mpg on combined city/hi-way driving. 2: A trifle too tight for luggage at long distance trvl and/or transporting i.e. skis.

I have driven only American cars since 2006, they normally come with lots of bells and whistles, so it was funny to see an ash tray and CD player in the vehicle. I like the way the car handles. It is smooth to drive and comfortable. Not too big and not too small.

We have had our GLA 250 for 9 months now and absolutely love it. Great handling and ride comfort. Big enough for hauling small pieces of furniture. It’s our first Mercedes. No wonder people buy one.

Really impressed with this dealership, particularly the service department. I was driving two kids to college, got a flat tire coming across the Tappan Zee bridge, 20 minutes into a 9 hour trip, happened upon them, had my tire changed in under an hour and on my way again. Fast, professional and a terrific experience. I was so impressed, I may have them regularly service my car even though I live in CT.

Having never owned a Mercedes-Benz before, I really had no idea what to expect. I am pleased to announce that, while having only owned it for two days, I am completely in love with this little SUV. Some of the controls are a little quirky compared to the 2020 Lincoln Corsair that preceded it, but I'm learning quickly and feeling more comfortable and confident with every mile!
