My Glb is probably the nicest suv I have ever driven. The ride is great, very little road noise. The info screen is huge and easy to use. The interior is luxurious and comfortable, big enough for 4 adults and I child or 3 large dogs. The 4 cylinder with a turbo is peppy and can step right up to pass.

I love the car so far but I’ve only had it for two weeks. I had a 2015 Equinox before getting the GLB250. I looked at the GLA and GLC, as well as other manufacturers, but really liked the GLB. I must say I was smitten with Mercedes-Benz and always wanted to own one. So my thought process was rather jaded. I got the AMG package that offered a few other options that I like as well. I was concerned about it only being a inline 4 instead of a V6 but it seems to have the pickup and drive to soften that concern. The only thing that is stupid is the easy exit seat. It does not function as to what your definition of easy exit would be. Other vehicles have what I would consider easy exit. This vehicle does not. Even the sales associate was dumbfounded by it.

I took my car for a recall at Mercedes Benz Silver Spring , all the employees were very professional. I was provided with a car at the cost of the dealership. I was able to go to work. I had a phenomenal experience at this location Starting with my phone call 3 weeks prior with GM Yancy. Yancy listened to all my concerns answered each question and provided great feedback. Purchased the 2021 GLB because I was looking for a compact-sized SUV with third row seating for kids. The GLB also has a modern interior, I like the turbine-style air vents and the "surfboard" infotainment and instrument cluster. Despite what others have said about navigating the infotainment, I don't find it hard or cumbersome to use. However, one nuisance is having to scroll to the radio presets every now and then on the instrument display, sometimes it doesn't save the last setting. I also like the large panoramic sunroof although that's a $1500 option. The engine is peppy and the car is nimble (for an SUV) and has great class gas mileage. There are a few annoyances though: 1) The 2nd row seats don't fold all the way down IF the seats are moved to the front most position (the headrest hits the front seats), this makes it even more difficult to climb into the 3rd row; 2) Android Auto and Apply Carplay doesn't take up the full 10.25 inch infotainment screen, Google Maps only displays 7 inches; 3) the dual exhaust tips are fake. The GLB isn't very stylish, isn't very fast and performance-oriented, and it's not the most luxurious Mercedes; however it offers the perfect practicality. The only competitor is the Discovery Sport which is also a compact, luxury SUV with a third row.

The entire staff at Mercedes of Annapolis deserve a 5 star rating. Casey Duffy is without a doubt.the best Mercedes sales person in the Washington area. Dean Cunningham, the sales manager, also helped work out the details. My wife and I have been buying Mercedes cars from this dealership for over forty years and each transaction had been superb.

I have been watching for a 2019 Santa Fe and when I got a Cars.com notice on one at an amazing price, I jumped on it. Due to COVID-19, most dealerships are limited and this was the Memorial Day Weekend. I sent an email and got a response the same day. Went and saw the car at the dealership, took a test drive, and now it's mine. Annapolis made the deal easy and efficient. Paul even took me out and helped me with some of the advanced features on the car. They cleaned her up and touched up some scrape marks so she looks brand new. LOVE my new to me car.

Love my GLB! Feel like its stands for "Great Lil Benz." :) Drives more like an SUV than a car and that's what I wanted. There is more cargo space due to the square-ish boot. Dynamic mode gives you everything from Econo to Sport. The dash is beautiful, the ride is excellent and the price is fantastic. A win all the way around.

I dealt with Ali he gave me one of the best quote in the nation! He was so great and professional. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of getting my own financing first and then picking out the car I wanted. I wanted a 2022 Highlander but I couldnt get more money for it from my credit union unless I cancelled the loan I already had and re-applied for a higher loan. I couldnt stomach risking being left with no loan.

My only complaint is that the vehicle comes with run flat tires and no spare. The run flat tires don't allow for the best ride, but when it comes to everything else, the GLB is very good.

Seeing that the used car market was so strong I traded in my 2017 SL 550 for a 2022 GLB 250. Actually, it wasn’t as difficult of a transition as I thought it would be. Of course I left the dealership with a brand new car and a check for $9k so that was nice. It has been an adjustment to go from 449 hp to 221 hp. Overall, I am extremely happy with this car. I think it is an unbelievable value. It is priced $5k more than the smaller GLA and $5k less than the GLC. It has a somewhat boxy styling but I think it definitely looks unique. Although I didn’t get it - I like the idea of a third row even if it is small. I absolutely love the giant tech screen in this car. The interior is very nice and the space in the back of the SUV is plenty big. This car drives smooth and I am very pleased with the stock stereo system. I definitely recommend this SUV.

I am buying a used car after 8 years, and this was great experience. No haggle is what I care. I was not forced to buy GAP insurance or anything else. The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. I highly recommend this carmax.

Ordered my GLB250 with all the right equipment - Spendy as my car topped out at over $52,000. Beautiful styling. I get compliments all the time - I had my car de-badged so there is an air of "What is it?" A few things I wish were standard equipment was the driver assist (radar based cruse control) and 360 camera system - all extra cost. The upgraded stereo was a must - I wish it had more low end sound. The Air Con seems weak - takes time to cool down on HOT days. My car is black with pano roof. I have a co worker who has a GLB and at less than 10,000 miles blown his cyl heads - OUCH $7,000 repair covered by warranty. Seems to be a common fault. The ride is graet - the milage is OK - I average around 21 in town and 30 on the highway. My previous GLA250 got excellent milage of 34 on the highway and 25 in town. I have the 7 passenger and love it - it is great for the kids 5.5 and under but it is not for adult seating. when not in use it has ample storage room. I have the Black w/ night package, advance lighting, pano roof, AMG styling package, Burmister stereo, Prem Package and the 19 inch 5 spoke AMG rims. Just a beautiful car with lots of curb appeal.

When 3rd row is down the rear cargo space is just as roomy as its GLC sibling. The 2.0L 220HP turbine 4 cylinder powerplant and dual clutch transmission compliments each other so well on the road. Standard safety features on our base model is ample for our conservative leisure driving habits. Entertainment and state of the art MBUX information system is supported by 2 10.25 inch displays with 3 user friendly ways to view the driving, performance and entertainment via steering wheel controls, touch screens and center console controls. We opted for the no panoramic roof so we can enjoy our leisure travels supported by crossbars and a cargo box. Overall we love our chosen new Mercedes Benz.

Fantastic vehicle all around ! I enjoy being able to customize the interior. Very comfortable. For a smaller SUV I did not expect to have so much room, there is plenty of leg room for a six foot man to comfortably sit in the back seat.

What a pleasant experience. My first time financing a vehicle. When going to initially look at the vehicle, I discovered a few issues. Obviously no used car is going to be perfect, nor was I expecting it to be. They told me to come back the next day and the issues would be fixed. I came back and they did in fact fix the car. They are willing to and have went above and beyond.
