Used Mercedes-Benz GLB 250 4MATIC for sale near Union, IL

They contacted me immediately and explained their process for vehicle delivery. Unfortunately I couldn’t find a suitable vehicle. Very professional and courteous.

My only complaint is that the vehicle comes with run flat tires and no spare. The run flat tires don't allow for the best ride, but when it comes to everything else, the GLB is very good.

My initial review is posted at the bottom. I have changed my rating from do not buy, to good. It appears that KUNES Sycamore has recently hired a very competent Jerome Witt who, albeit after 6 months resolved my issue within a couple of days. If you have an issue with KUNES, I highly recommend contacting Jerome. I purchased a 2009 Mercedes SL550 (48,00miles) from this stealership and added a "Bumper to Bumper aftermarket warranty" which I paid for separately from the car through Kunes. After 3 weeks (1,500mls) the car developed an issue with a suspension damper. Kunes quoted a $1,500+ repair charge and of course it was not covered by the "Bumper to Bumper warranty". Multiple emails to Eddie Boliaux (GM) has proven to be futile. Please think twice before dealing with these people, especially if they try to sell you a useless aftermarket warranty. Love my GLB! Feel like its stands for "Great Lil Benz." :) Drives more like an SUV than a car and that's what I wanted. There is more cargo space due to the square-ish boot. Dynamic mode gives you everything from Econo to Sport. The dash is beautiful, the ride is excellent and the price is fantastic. A win all the way around.

I love the car so far but I’ve only had it for two weeks. I had a 2015 Equinox before getting the GLB250. I looked at the GLA and GLC, as well as other manufacturers, but really liked the GLB. I must say I was smitten with Mercedes-Benz and always wanted to own one. So my thought process was rather jaded. I got the AMG package that offered a few other options that I like as well. I was concerned about it only being a inline 4 instead of a V6 but it seems to have the pickup and drive to soften that concern. The only thing that is stupid is the easy exit seat. It does not function as to what your definition of easy exit would be. Other vehicles have what I would consider easy exit. This vehicle does not. Even the sales associate was dumbfounded by it.

The loaner is a very convenient option during the timely completion of the new brakes and a repair. We feel very confident using the Service Dept at this location.

The overall experience was nice. The sales associate was nice. But when I got home and lifted the hood. I realized I immediately needed new filters, new oil. Top of the antifreeze the windshield wiper fluid was empty. Everything was good until then. Then I was just irritated and realized I was going to be paying a few hundred dollars to get everything up to par.

Absolutely love with this suv. Handles very well. Great on gas. Sporty but also family oriented. simple, modern and yet still elegant interior with a sleek exterior to match.

Purchased the 2021 GLB because I was looking for a compact-sized SUV with third row seating for kids. The GLB also has a modern interior, I like the turbine-style air vents and the "surfboard" infotainment and instrument cluster. Despite what others have said about navigating the infotainment, I don't find it hard or cumbersome to use. However, one nuisance is having to scroll to the radio presets every now and then on the instrument display, sometimes it doesn't save the last setting. I also like the large panoramic sunroof although that's a $1500 option. The engine is peppy and the car is nimble (for an SUV) and has great class gas mileage. There are a few annoyances though: 1) The 2nd row seats don't fold all the way down IF the seats are moved to the front most position (the headrest hits the front seats), this makes it even more difficult to climb into the 3rd row; 2) Android Auto and Apply Carplay doesn't take up the full 10.25 inch infotainment screen, Google Maps only displays 7 inches; 3) the dual exhaust tips are fake. The GLB isn't very stylish, isn't very fast and performance-oriented, and it's not the most luxurious Mercedes; however it offers the perfect practicality. The only competitor is the Discovery Sport which is also a compact, luxury SUV with a third row.

5 stars because our salesperson Teresa was super kind and attentive and let us find and test drive vehicles at other dealerships before coming back to Kunes. They have nice cars too! Only negative was the 3 hours it took to sign paperwork for car (no financing, paid cash) but perhaps they were busy. They did apologize often..lol

Perfect midsize SUV. Great handling and comfortable ride. Great mileage . Also has all the latest features at your finger tips. Love the roominess and the way it drives.

Ordered my GLB250 with all the right equipment - Spendy as my car topped out at over $52,000. Beautiful styling. I get compliments all the time - I had my car de-badged so there is an air of "What is it?" A few things I wish were standard equipment was the driver assist (radar based cruse control) and 360 camera system - all extra cost. The upgraded stereo was a must - I wish it had more low end sound. The Air Con seems weak - takes time to cool down on HOT days. My car is black with pano roof. I have a co worker who has a GLB and at less than 10,000 miles blown his cyl heads - OUCH $7,000 repair covered by warranty. Seems to be a common fault. The ride is graet - the milage is OK - I average around 21 in town and 30 on the highway. My previous GLA250 got excellent milage of 34 on the highway and 25 in town. I have the 7 passenger and love it - it is great for the kids 5.5 and under but it is not for adult seating. when not in use it has ample storage room. I have the Black w/ night package, advance lighting, pano roof, AMG styling package, Burmister stereo, Prem Package and the 19 inch 5 spoke AMG rims. Just a beautiful car with lots of curb appeal.

I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. The GLB 250 is a solid modern stylish commuter. 7 passenger seating with generous legroom for driver and middle seats, the 3rd row seat is perfect for children 5'5" and shorter. When 3rd row is down the rear cargo space is just as roomy as its GLC sibling. The 2.0L 220HP turbine 4 cylinder powerplant and dual clutch transmission compliments each other so well on the road. Standard safety features on our base model is ample for our conservative leisure driving habits. Entertainment and state of the art MBUX information system is supported by 2 10.25 inch displays with 3 user friendly ways to view the driving, performance and entertainment via steering wheel controls, touch screens and center console controls. We opted for the no panoramic roof so we can enjoy our leisure travels supported by crossbars and a cargo box. Overall we love our chosen new Mercedes Benz.

My Glb is probably the nicest suv I have ever driven. The ride is great, very little road noise. The info screen is huge and easy to use. The interior is luxurious and comfortable, big enough for 4 adults and I child or 3 large dogs. The 4 cylinder with a turbo is peppy and can step right up to pass.

Was a great visit. All as planned. Fast, communication from Dean was great. Could not be happier with the warranty repair and the smooth process to get it completed.
