Love my GLB! Feel like its stands for "Great Lil Benz." :) Drives more like an SUV than a car and that's what I wanted. There is more cargo space due to the square-ish boot. Dynamic mode gives you everything from Econo to Sport. The dash is beautiful, the ride is excellent and the price is fantastic. A win all the way around.

They quickly got my car in for oil change, I would highly recommend. I would like to say however I wish the gentleman that vacuum my car would have done the entire floor not just my drivers side.

I love the car so far but I’ve only had it for two weeks. I had a 2015 Equinox before getting the GLB250. I looked at the GLA and GLC, as well as other manufacturers, but really liked the GLB. I must say I was smitten with Mercedes-Benz and always wanted to own one. So my thought process was rather jaded. I got the AMG package that offered a few other options that I like as well. I was concerned about it only being a inline 4 instead of a V6 but it seems to have the pickup and drive to soften that concern. The only thing that is stupid is the easy exit seat. It does not function as to what your definition of easy exit would be. Other vehicles have what I would consider easy exit. This vehicle does not. Even the sales associate was dumbfounded by it.

From the moment I walked in the door at Napleton Mercedes in Schererville until I drove out the lot with a brand new Mercedes, these folks treated me like a queen! Roger Buss and Tony Turco checked in with me a number of times. Roger set me up to work with Holly Avant...what an awesome, knowledgeable person she is! Holly answered every question I had and came up with a number of questions I didn't think to ask! Brandon took great care of me and ensured I was satisfied. The final thing that made it all the best car buying experience of my life was, Holly came out, set up my phone, made sure I knew how to operate it properly and then set up all my favorite channels on the satelite radio. I love my GLB but two months and ten days, after the purchase, the engine needed a repair which was covered by the warranty. However, we were planning a lengthy trip and was thankful this did not occur while we were a few thousand miles from home. Me and My Mercedes are still trying to figure our communication out. I prefer Waz or Google Maps to their GPS system. Advance notifications of turns and such are better. Other than these issues I love driving her, Gilby.

Purchased the 2021 GLB because I was looking for a compact-sized SUV with third row seating for kids. The GLB also has a modern interior, I like the turbine-style air vents and the "surfboard" infotainment and instrument cluster. Despite what others have said about navigating the infotainment, I don't find it hard or cumbersome to use. However, one nuisance is having to scroll to the radio presets every now and then on the instrument display, sometimes it doesn't save the last setting. I also like the large panoramic sunroof although that's a $1500 option. The engine is peppy and the car is nimble (for an SUV) and has great class gas mileage. There are a few annoyances though: 1) The 2nd row seats don't fold all the way down IF the seats are moved to the front most position (the headrest hits the front seats), this makes it even more difficult to climb into the 3rd row; 2) Android Auto and Apply Carplay doesn't take up the full 10.25 inch infotainment screen, Google Maps only displays 7 inches; 3) the dual exhaust tips are fake. The GLB isn't very stylish, isn't very fast and performance-oriented, and it's not the most luxurious Mercedes; however it offers the perfect practicality. The only competitor is the Discovery Sport which is also a compact, luxury SUV with a third row.

I enjoyed my buying experience at the dealership , sales team was great especially Jack. Vehicle features were great with clean condition , I was able to test drive and make a decision. My trade in value was great

Let start off my saying these bugs are great. Made sure I was comfortable with what I was buying and made the process very easy and simple.

My only complaint is that the vehicle comes with run flat tires and no spare. The run flat tires don't allow for the best ride, but when it comes to everything else, the GLB is very good.

My Glb is probably the nicest suv I have ever driven. The ride is great, very little road noise. The info screen is huge and easy to use. The interior is luxurious and comfortable, big enough for 4 adults and I child or 3 large dogs. The 4 cylinder with a turbo is peppy and can step right up to pass.

I purchased a new Honda CRV this past weekend from JP. JP is hands down the best there is. Not only is he knowledge and kind, but also works very hard to make sure you get the car you want and that you don't spend too much wasted time at the dealership. Ordered my GLB250 with all the right equipment - Spendy as my car topped out at over $52,000. Beautiful styling. I get compliments all the time - I had my car de-badged so there is an air of "What is it?" A few things I wish were standard equipment was the driver assist (radar based cruse control) and 360 camera system - all extra cost. The upgraded stereo was a must - I wish it had more low end sound. The Air Con seems weak - takes time to cool down on HOT days. My car is black with pano roof. I have a co worker who has a GLB and at less than 10,000 miles blown his cyl heads - OUCH $7,000 repair covered by warranty. Seems to be a common fault. The ride is graet - the milage is OK - I average around 21 in town and 30 on the highway. My previous GLA250 got excellent milage of 34 on the highway and 25 in town. I have the 7 passenger and love it - it is great for the kids 5.5 and under but it is not for adult seating. when not in use it has ample storage room. I have the Black w/ night package, advance lighting, pano roof, AMG styling package, Burmister stereo, Prem Package and the 19 inch 5 spoke AMG rims. Just a beautiful car with lots of curb appeal.

This is the third S-class Mercedes I have purchased from Mercedes-Benz of Westmont and I could not be happier. Going through the purchasing process was a delight because Kimberely Cager, my Sales Rep, and the sales management team made me feel better than just a valued customer. The real test, however, came when driving the new 2025 Mercedes S580. The supreme road handling and comfortable seating were nothing short of spectacular, and the many options like the integrated toll system (driving through tolls of different states has become hassle free), Apple CarPlay, and several driver-assist features has enhanced my driving experience. While understanding how to use and benefit from the many new features and options was a little daunting, Kimberely and the Product Concierge, Damir Oliynyk, have eased my doubts, and I?m looking forward to a long multi-state road trip.

Seeing that the used car market was so strong I traded in my 2017 SL 550 for a 2022 GLB 250. Actually, it wasn’t as difficult of a transition as I thought it would be. Of course I left the dealership with a brand new car and a check for $9k so that was nice. It has been an adjustment to go from 449 hp to 221 hp. Overall, I am extremely happy with this car. I think it is an unbelievable value. It is priced $5k more than the smaller GLA and $5k less than the GLC. It has a somewhat boxy styling but I think it definitely looks unique. Although I didn’t get it - I like the idea of a third row even if it is small. I absolutely love the giant tech screen in this car. The interior is very nice and the space in the back of the SUV is plenty big. This car drives smooth and I am very pleased with the stock stereo system. I definitely recommend this SUV.
