I wanted to bring the car in to get checked out and found Terrell is absolutely awesome and I found I just didn?t get lucky everyone that I met like Mariela was on my side and so helpful. Black Beauty had an old recall issue that records show my dad was told about but ignored but Terrell made sure I took care of this safety issue on Mercedes dime. Not sure what Mercedes is putting in there water but it sure makes for great and concerned associates. Thank you thank you i?m back driving my Black Beauty like it?s a cloud.
