Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year

OMG there are not enough positive things I can say about my experiences with Mercedes-Benz of Austin! They are locally owned and it shows. They care about every customer and treat them as though each person is about to buy the most expensive car on the lot. They really CARE!!! I wish this company had a training program and trained every company in the NATION, no WORLD, no UNIVERSE (hee hee) how to treat each other. They are not just nice - they are genuine. They are not just polite or professional, they look for real world solutions for real world issues and are 100% human through it all. They do not candy coat or placate they solve, they find, they create. They work as a team to really help and I have not met one person here who deviates from that standard. Inspiring!

Great dealership and they have plenty of car models and options to choose from, really clean spacious facility and seems very organized. They offer competitive pricing and are competing tough against Dallas, Plano, Houston market as well. The Sales Associate was very quick to respond and provided me a final number within minutes of my first interaction and cut-out lots of back and forth that usually happens with car buying at dealership. Also, he was proactive in ensuring to request my address, driver license and other documents so the car was practically ready once I reached the dealership. The location of the dealership is also a plus point, literally off the main freeway in North Austin. The staff in general has a no-frills, straight to the point personality and it really makes you feel that you are making your own decision and they don’t try to oversell, but rather help you find a vehicle based on your request and budget. I have own 2 GLC 300 automobiles as 2017 and this 2019 sportier model AMG upgrades. These are the best cars I have ever owned. Comfort and looks are beautiful. I highly recommend this model.
