I am a senior citizen and I want to feel secure while driving, and the SUV gives me that. I am on the short side so getting in and out was a new experience for me, but I learned how to manage it. Once, I found the seat setting the visibility is exceptionally good. It handles nicely on the road with quick pick-up, and the gas mileage is about average.

Very professional. Not pushy. I took my time. Test drove my truck twice. Inspected twice. Negotiated a bit. Spent a lot of time here and drove 2 hours to get there. This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

Best car I’ve ever owned , very comfortable and smooth ride , great on gas . Also as long you do the proper maintenance the car will last you , had for for 3 years no problems whatsoever. Also very spacious for size. So i definitely recommend this car to family friends or whoever looking for a nice car.

I have owned glc300 AMG line for two years and I have positive things to say about it. Only critiques I have of this vehicle are the lack of more screens as there are still analogue speedometers on these year model. Interior could also be of higher quality materials. Rear is good

I'm not new to the Mercedes brand, as this is my 4th. This is, however, my first try at the Mercedes SUV. So far, I'm extremely happy. Favorite feature has to be the camel leather seats...an impressive update from the MB-Tex.

I purchased two Mercedes Benz' in Two years from Mercedes of Paramus; major mistake. Not only were they a ripoff, they had a very low rating with the BBB. I reached out to Mercedes Corporation and they don't stand behind the customers as well. Luckily, a friend recommended me to Caldwell Mercedes Bendz. They were professional, honest, polite and understanding. Caldwell was able get me out of my bad deal and into my dream car. I almost gave up on Mercedes in general but Caldwell has renewed my faith in the brand.

I absolutely love this compact SUV! Coming from a Subaru Outback, this is light years above and beyond for same year. A quiet cabin is my top want for buying a car. This cabin is quiet and relaxing inside. I’m tall and there is plenty of room. The seats are incredible! Can’t wait to take it on the roads in winter.

My salesperson Shah is wonderful. This is my second lease with him and he is always willing to work with me. He is very professional, patient and kind. He makes my leasing experience as uncomplicated and easy as possible. During the purchase process and afterwards, he takes the time to answer all of my questions. A pleasant driving car. Very dependable. But, in my opinion, not very user friendly. The controls for features like like wipers, lights, and GPS are complex and buried under layers. The GPS took me over a route that was 1 hour longer than normal on a 5 hour trip because GPS had avoid carpool lanes turned on. Had to call MB at an 800 number to find out the feature even existed. Also, I HATE the run flat tires.

HAVE. NOT PUT MANY MILES ON HER YET, BUT SO FAR LOVE IT! QUIET, FUN TO DRIVE, A GREAT INTERIOR, LOVE THE WAY ALL OF THE GAUGES AND THE GPS SCREEN ARE ARRANGED. STILL HAVE NOT LEARNED ALL THE CAR HAS TO OFFER, SO MANY BELLS AND WHISTLES!

If I recall correctly, I have gone through this process at least 15 other times at many other dealerships and never really walked away feeling unscathed. I love this car. Quiet and just the right size . Super comfortable on long drives. This is my first SUV and I love the visibility as compared to my small Mercedes that I traded in for this. The upgrades and cameras are so improved also. The only thing that could be better is if it was driverless!!!

After a pleasant service experience (in which they worked to get me in while still under warranty), I brought my mother in as her lease was nearing the end. The salesman, Marlon, and the manager, Isaac, couldn’t have been nicer to deal with and she ended up signing the papers that day. Although long term Mercedes customers, we had become disappointed with the level of service (and, let’s be honest, the price) we were being given by our normal dealer. Marlon and Isaac, and the service department, were a pleasure to do business with, and I have every intention to return when my own lease is up.

I have the GLC43 AMG and it's awsome! It has plenty of guts and is extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the salesman Chris Kang who helped me close a deal on 2017 Acura MDX. He was great to work with throughout the process. The management also worked with me to get a best possible deal. Overall very happy with the purchase. I especially recommend Chris Kang because he will do his best to get you what you need.

I have had this vehicle for only one month so have not developed much experience with it. I did take it on a 1400 mile trip two days after purchase. It ran well, was very comfortable to drive, made for a very easy trip, was great on gas mileage, and it is very quiet inside the cabin. Seat comfort is exceptional and this, being our first experience with heated seats and steering wheel, was most enjoyable.

I recommend anyone needing service for their Mercedes Benz, choose service tech Buddy Lim. Definitely a step above the rest, if I could leave a cash tip, I would. Straight forward and honest. In fact when I upgrade my car, I'm going to ask Buddy which salesman to use, if he trust him, so can I.

I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year

Bought this 9/2020. Looked high and low. Found it at a large well known dealership.It was a low milage lease turn in they bought at auction.Excellent vehicle.We have owned Mercedes for 40 years. Always gotten good service from them. An average of 10 years per car. Saved some 2K after reading many "how to buy" on you tube. Rehearse ,rehearse your approach and how to deal with the seller, its worth it. Only drawback is no spare. I bought one and dumped the "run flat" tires- very harsh ride with them.
