Sales person, Lucia, zeroed in on my needs if I were to purchase now rather than yr from now at end of my lease. They had seven autos that met the reasons to get serious about purchasing now. As this was a high end loaner there were a number of items that needed updating and every one necessary got involved up to the General Manager overseeing the process. I have had some questions since I brought it home and I text Damian and he gets right back to me and helps me with any technical issues I have with the car and Apple Car play. Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

OMG there are not enough positive things I can say about my experiences with Mercedes-Benz of Austin! They are locally owned and it shows. They care about every customer and treat them as though each person is about to buy the most expensive car on the lot. They really CARE!!! I wish this company had a training program and trained every company in the NATION, no WORLD, no UNIVERSE (hee hee) how to treat each other. They are not just nice - they are genuine. They are not just polite or professional, they look for real world solutions for real world issues and are 100% human through it all. They do not candy coat or placate they solve, they find, they create. They work as a team to really help and I have not met one person here who deviates from that standard. Inspiring!

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

Everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional. Reva handled my purchase for my first luxury brand vehicle and is absolutely amazing. Best car I’ve ever owned , very comfortable and smooth ride , great on gas . Also as long you do the proper maintenance the car will last you , had for for 3 years no problems whatsoever. Also very spacious for size. So i definitely recommend this car to family friends or whoever looking for a nice car.

I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year
