It’s been a great month of getting to know my new vehicle! I waited 12 weeks from the date of order to pick up my new 2023 GLC, and it was definitely worth the wait! I selected the Exclusive trim, Driver Assistance and AMG Line packages with several add-ons, and I could not be happier. My previous car was a fully loaded 2019 GLC 300, and it was unfortunately totaled in early February on a road trip. My first one was the favorite car I had ever owned and it kept us so safe during our accident, so I knew I wanted a second one. I did not realize I would have to wait so long to get a new one but I am happy I did not settle for anything else. The drive is sporty and smooth, and very quiet. It has a slight hesitation from a full stop. Once you take off it picks up very quickly and sport mode on the freeway is great. The upgraded electronics have been easy for me to understand after I read through the owners manual. One recommendation I have is to turn off the automatic speed change if you are using cruise control and happen to go through a construction zone. The cameras pick up the sign and slows the car down very quickly. I prefer to adjust to those situations manually. The car feels a bit bigger and is so attractive and comfortable. It feels much more luxurious than my 2019 did, and in my opinion the upgrades are worth the price. I absolutely love this car! Happy Shopping!

I am a senior citizen and I want to feel secure while driving, and the SUV gives me that. I am on the short side so getting in and out was a new experience for me, but I learned how to manage it. Once, I found the seat setting the visibility is exceptionally good. It handles nicely on the road with quick pick-up, and the gas mileage is about average.

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

He worked with me to give me the best mutually beneficial deal he could. A little to be expected back-and-forth, but it was an honest and transparent exchange nonetheless. Incredibly, even after I took possession of my newly purchased but previously used car, I discovered an issue the next day which they could have easily denied responsibility for. They not only "owned up" to it, they did everything they could to get it taken care of post haste. I absolutely love this compact SUV! Coming from a Subaru Outback, this is light years above and beyond for same year. A quiet cabin is my top want for buying a car. This cabin is quiet and relaxing inside. I’m tall and there is plenty of room. The seats are incredible! Can’t wait to take it on the roads in winter.

Once again, the Gunther service team has far exceeded expitations. I stopped by the Gunther Volvo service department yesterday to inquire about a recent over-the-air update to my car that did not appear to be working correctly. Jerry from service, took one look at it and agreed. Then without my asking, he said they could correct the problem right now if I had the time to spare. I said go ahead and in less than one hour, the software in my Volvo was updated/corrected, car washed, and I was on my way. I have the GLC43 AMG and it's awsome! It has plenty of guts and is extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone.

This is the 3rd truck I have purchased from Mullinax of NSB. Our salesman, Jack T, was phenomenal. He answered all our questions, and was never pushy or overbearing. He was even patient enough with us to help us with purchasing a new truck over a used one. We do love our new truck, and the better interest rate the manager was able to get. The truck itself, being brand new (2024) had swirls in the paint all over the truck, and several scratches and scuffs in the interior and the exterior on one of the mirrors. I haven’t had the chance to detail it myself yet to see if some marks on the paint will come off or if those are scratches/chips too. I noticed most of them before we left the parking lot with our new truck. Jack asked that we take pictures to document anything else we found. We are waiting to have some accessories installed per the manager for the damage found.

A pleasant driving car. Very dependable. But, in my opinion, not very user friendly. The controls for features like like wipers, lights, and GPS are complex and buried under layers. The GPS took me over a route that was 1 hour longer than normal on a 5 hour trip because GPS had avoid carpool lanes turned on. Had to call MB at an 800 number to find out the feature even existed. Also, I HATE the run flat tires.

Best car I’ve ever owned , very comfortable and smooth ride , great on gas . Also as long you do the proper maintenance the car will last you , had for for 3 years no problems whatsoever. Also very spacious for size. So i definitely recommend this car to family friends or whoever looking for a nice car.

I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year

I have owned glc300 AMG line for two years and I have positive things to say about it. Only critiques I have of this vehicle are the lack of more screens as there are still analogue speedometers on these year model. Interior could also be of higher quality materials. Rear is good

Bought this 9/2020. Looked high and low. Found it at a large well known dealership.It was a low milage lease turn in they bought at auction.Excellent vehicle.We have owned Mercedes for 40 years. Always gotten good service from them. An average of 10 years per car. Saved some 2K after reading many "how to buy" on you tube. Rehearse ,rehearse your approach and how to deal with the seller, its worth it. Only drawback is no spare. I bought one and dumped the "run flat" tires- very harsh ride with them.
