This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

I came in for a scheduled oil change. The began at the scheduled time. Service was completed in a timely manner. He gave me all the proper discounts and I was on my way. Great service, they even washed my car. The person who helped me was very professional.

Best car I’ve ever owned , very comfortable and smooth ride , great on gas . Also as long you do the proper maintenance the car will last you , had for for 3 years no problems whatsoever. I interacted with many dealerships big and small to choose my new vehicle. I LOVE how easy it is to talk with this dealership. When you make contact they put you in an optional text chat so anytime you have a question you text it and they get back to you usually very quickly. We worked with Garrett and even. Though we were very wishy washy and changed our minds on what we wanted many times he was very patient and helpful. He also gave many suggestions that actually we turned out to love better than what we were originally looking for. They worked hard for us on financing and options and gave us several options to choose from. After the sale Garrett didnt disappear...he still answered our messages and talked with his manager about some questions we had. We were very happy that he helped us even after the sale! I have owned glc300 AMG line for two years and I have positive things to say about it. Only critiques I have of this vehicle are the lack of more screens as there are still analogue speedometers on these year model. Interior could also be of higher quality materials. Rear is good

I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year

I am a senior citizen and I want to feel secure while driving, and the SUV gives me that. I am on the short side so getting in and out was a new experience for me, but I learned how to manage it. Once, I found the seat setting the visibility is exceptionally good. It handles nicely on the road with quick pick-up, and the gas mileage is about average.

I went in for an oil change and was on my way back home in no time. I appreciate the efficiency. The amenities were nice while I waited.

I absolutely love this compact SUV! Coming from a Subaru Outback, this is light years above and beyond for same year. A quiet cabin is my top want for buying a car. This cabin is quiet and relaxing inside. I’m tall and there is plenty of room. The seats are incredible! Can’t wait to take it on the roads in winter.

I have the GLC43 AMG and it's awsome! It has plenty of guts and is extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone.

I have had this vehicle for only one month so have not developed much experience with it. I did take it on a 1400 mile trip two days after purchase. It ran well, was very comfortable to drive, made for a very easy trip, was great on gas mileage, and it is very quiet inside the cabin. Seat comfort is exceptional and this, being our first experience with heated seats and steering wheel, was most enjoyable.

Bought this 9/2020. Looked high and low. Found it at a large well known dealership.It was a low milage lease turn in they bought at auction.Excellent vehicle.We have owned Mercedes for 40 years. Always gotten good service from them. An average of 10 years per car. Saved some 2K after reading many "how to buy" on you tube. Rehearse ,rehearse your approach and how to deal with the seller, its worth it. Only drawback is no spare. I bought one and dumped the "run flat" tires- very harsh ride with them.

This car has everything technology offers in it plus more. The feel of this vehicle is extremely smooth snd quiet. One of the best purchases of ever made. I’m extremely pleased and love it

I worked with Omar and he did a great job during the entire process from picking me up at the airport to going over the technical issues with the AMG SL that I purchased. The paperwork was done in a matter of minutes as he had everything organized. He spent as much time as necessary getting me out the door for my enjoyable ride home to Memphis. I have own 2 GLC 300 automobiles as 2017 and this 2019 sportier model AMG upgrades. These are the best cars I have ever owned. Comfort and looks are beautiful. I highly recommend this model.

The vehicle is safe and yet fun to drive. All wheeel drive with a very powerful get up and go. And yet good fuel mileage. I would suggest it to anyone

Had service A done and tires rotated. Hard to tell if oil was changed without a dip stick to look at and the tires I guess were rotated but hard to tell with the fact the tire pressure was the same in each wheel as before rotation.

HAVE. NOT PUT MANY MILES ON HER YET, BUT SO FAR LOVE IT! QUIET, FUN TO DRIVE, A GREAT INTERIOR, LOVE THE WAY ALL OF THE GAUGES AND THE GPS SCREEN ARE ARRANGED. STILL HAVE NOT LEARNED ALL THE CAR HAS TO OFFER, SO MANY BELLS AND WHISTLES!

I love this car. Quiet and just the right size . Super comfortable on long drives. This is my first SUV and I love the visibility as compared to my small Mercedes that I traded in for this. The upgrades and cameras are so improved also. The only thing that could be better is if it was driverless!!!

I have had, I believe, seven Mercedes, only deviating once as I was enamored with a San Remo green convertible elsewhere. Six months later I returned to Mercedes where Deb found a lovely black GLC 300 for me, Norma and Manny aided in my lack of computer skills with the technical side of the vehicle and dear Sam watched my beloved Kingston when I did the paperwork. Service solved a software issue in a timely fashion even vacuuming my car per my request. Greg in Service was inundated with phone calls and kindly took the time to tie my shoe, again upon my request, as I was holding my multipoo. Lee Ghesquiere, his sons, Taylor and Chase are all a tribute to their late father and grandfather who has always helped me in the past and would be so proud of the legacy he founded. Thanks to all! Easy enough to make appointment, and didn't take too long. I don't know if service was good or not, because what was being done was not discussed with me. I brought it in for scheduled service B, wasn't told what that included and afterward nothing about what was done was discussed with me. A few things I was able to decipher off of the invoice.
