Fine dealership with excellent and professional sales and auxilary staff. My overall joy of pruchase was diminished by a timely bank wire transfer but was in no way shape or form a result of incompetance at MB of Littleton.

Bought this 9/2020. Looked high and low. Found it at a large well known dealership.It was a low milage lease turn in they bought at auction.Excellent vehicle.We have owned Mercedes for 40 years. Always gotten good service from them. An average of 10 years per car. Saved some 2K after reading many "how to buy" on you tube. Rehearse ,rehearse your approach and how to deal with the seller, its worth it. Only drawback is no spare. I bought one and dumped the "run flat" tires- very harsh ride with them.

For my recent service appointment, I was impressed with the excellent communication throughout the process using text messages. Nick was on top of everything from the moment I arrived for my scheduled appointment. Getting a loaner vehicle was quick and easy. After the inspection, I was able to review the recommendations and costs and then approve the services I wanted. The service was completed sooner than I anticipated, and pick-up was a breeze. It’s been a great month of getting to know my new vehicle! I waited 12 weeks from the date of order to pick up my new 2023 GLC, and it was definitely worth the wait! I selected the Exclusive trim, Driver Assistance and AMG Line packages with several add-ons, and I could not be happier. My previous car was a fully loaded 2019 GLC 300, and it was unfortunately totaled in early February on a road trip. My first one was the favorite car I had ever owned and it kept us so safe during our accident, so I knew I wanted a second one. I did not realize I would have to wait so long to get a new one but I am happy I did not settle for anything else. The drive is sporty and smooth, and very quiet. It has a slight hesitation from a full stop. Once you take off it picks up very quickly and sport mode on the freeway is great. The upgraded electronics have been easy for me to understand after I read through the owners manual. One recommendation I have is to turn off the automatic speed change if you are using cruise control and happen to go through a construction zone. The cameras pick up the sign and slows the car down very quickly. I prefer to adjust to those situations manually. The car feels a bit bigger and is so attractive and comfortable. It feels much more luxurious than my 2019 did, and in my opinion the upgrades are worth the price. I absolutely love this car! Happy Shopping!

Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

I was pleased with the work that was done. I will return again when I need work done. Everyone was helpful and the waiting room was neat and clean.

I live in my Sprinter-campervan full time and when the Check Engine light came on, I immediately reached out to my service manager, Randee via email. He called me within an hour and had me scheduled to visit the service department the next day! So fortunate to have the team at Westminster Mercedes to rely on!!!

Sporty and luxurious! Drives like a sports car but feels comfortable at the same time. Great car for the family as well. Tech is great also.
