It is a wonderful car. The interior is exceptional and the technology is state of the art. The drive is the best I have experienced in any car I have driven. Had the car for a short time and zero issues or problems. Overall a super luxury SUV. For the extra money and given the cost of new cars, the MB GLE 350 is worth the extra expense.

Absolutely love my 2022 GL E3 50. I have the AMG exterior Effects and I love the looks. Super responsive power and hand handling. Also love the dash and the interior lighting options. Absolutely love everything about the car except for that you have to use premium fuel. But I still highly recommend it

svc rep Andre was very hospitable and kept me informed daily of the maintenance of my car and what each technician was repairing on the car. He also alerted me on payment for my car could be in installments. He was such a good helper by taking me to my car making sure that I turned on everything in the car to make all was functioning. Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).

Khalid is good, but Tyson Mercedes is greedy. Khalid wore a sharp tailored suit which is unheard of in the dealerships where I am from. He was very professional, pointing out flaws in the paint he offered to fix before I could point out the ones I saw. He respected my time which was less than ideal for making a purchase today. We made a handshake on a good deal, but it's been over 6 hours and I still haven't seen my "deal" in writing with an out the door quote. As far as Tyson Mercedes, the vehicle which was just "front end aligned" last week had one tire about 5-6 pounds low, and this was not noticed with the yellow light on the dash when it was pulled around for me earlier in the day. The test drive was not safe to conduct other than around the corner and back at slow speed, so I have no idea how it really handles. The biggest issue I have is the dealership assessing a "non-negotiable" sky-high processing fee which is nearly $1000, probably among the highest in Virginia. It doesn't cost $1000 for the 15 minutes of work it takes to process the sale and send the documents to DMV, etc. If they want this kind of fee, they should be selling vehicles $1000 below market value, and not even bothering marking them up $3000 over market value! Be prepared to negotiate $3000-4000 down just to get to the market price on a used vehicle! After you get to market price, make them take off some of the $1000 processing fee from the sale price or walk off the lot and go buy the same thing from another dealer who only charges $500 or less in processing fees. If it's taxable, it's negotiable! Do your research and use online tools to know the market value before you visit any dealership!

The ride is amazing! Handles like a dream! Loving the “Hey Mercedes” feature built into the car! No fussing with screens or buttons while in traffic or driving. Just say “Hey Mercedes” and the car will do many things with a voice command. It will even tell you a joke if you ask!

Love the color combination white exterior and cashmere interior, I have the original window sticker and sales receipt the car sold out the door includes tax and discounts dealer prep for $64,000.00

We recently purchased our Mercedes Benz it is our pride and joy and had to take it in for a schedule B service. we ran into an issue but after several conversations the Manager Charles called me back and was very understanding as to getting the situation resolved. He treated me with grace and i was completely satisfied with the way he rectified the situation he even presented options in getting it resolved to my satisfaction. regardless of what the problem was the manager wanted to fix it. its just good to know that you can take your luxury car to a place like EuroMotors Germantown where they will treat it with as much care as you have invested in it. overall good service.

I have been in the market to replace my ML400 and was looking to upgrade to a GLE AMG53. I have done my homework and know what I want and quickly learned that I would have to order. I dealt with a number of dealers and sales people (including someone else at this dealership) in my attempts to buy a car, but they either: were non-responsive, wanted to sell me something I don't want, evaded my questions, ghosted me, etc. I love my MB and was hoping to get another one, but it got to the point that I was contemplating switching makes. Buy this car brand new and you will never have any problems with this car. Buy it from an original owner with all services done, on time, at the dealership only, which means the records are at the dealership and you will never have any problems. If the above has an extended warranty through Mercedes Benz dealership then you won't have any problems. This warranty usually cost the original owner $3,500 dollars.

As a tall man, space, performance, and comfort is a premium. I looked at several other SUVs but the GLE looks, and performs the best. I like the muscular look of the SUV. It's a boss of a truck especially if you opt for the 20 & 21 inch rims. I was not looking for speed and power so I decided to get the smaller 2.0 engine to get more milage on a full tank and I have no regrets. The 2.0 turbo is enough to get me around town. When driving through the backroads or highways, the ride is smooth. The SUV sit high enough so you see your surroundings. The tech displays: large navigation screen, ambient lighting, and large moon roof makes for a enjoyable ride. Leg room is nice and you feel like you are sitting on air. The ride is smooth and the car is spacious for a family of 5 on long trips. Like all luxury cars, you want to make sure you take out the maintenance plan for the vehicle. Getting Mercedes to do the service is a smart investment. Now, Mercedes will do the service but anything extra they will charge a premium fee so find out what the SUV needs and take it to a trusted mechanic. The SUV is relatively easy to work on according to my mechanic. Since having the 2020 GLE 350, I only had to change the rotors, tires and do the service maintenance at the dealership. Directional tires 20 inch rims in the front and 21 inch rims for the back at the dealership will run you over $1400 (installation included]) but do your research. I got mine, pirellis from tirerack.com for under $800 and got them installed for $20 bucks each. It was shipped from California, brand new. You can find these tires on other website as well around the same price so you don't have to overspend. Take time to do your research. The only issue I had is that the leather seat on the driver's side has a crack in the groove. You can barely see it but I expected the leather to much more studier and longer lasting. If you decide to get one, avoid the color black. It's hard to keep clean. Silver is by far the best color to keep clean. Overall, I can now see why Mercedes owners love their rides; classy, spacious, and reliable! You can't go wrong with Mercedes Benz.
