My wife and I could not have been more pleased to do business with Ocean Cadillac and especially our salesman Jonathon. The attention to every detail, the willingness to please his customer and the preparation of the car for delivery were above and beyond our high expectations. We purchased a previously owned Escalade and it is near impossible to tell that this car was ever driven. The care and attention provided by Jonathon and the staff at Ocean Cadillac was incredible. Even though we live quite a distance away, I would not hesitate to make the trip to do business with Ocean Cadillac in the future. Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).

I purchased a 2017 GLE 350 with 27,000 miles on it the SUV is a dream come true, you can't get a more quiet or smoother ride in an SUV. Has every option in the you can get even self parking. Love the color combination white exterior and cashmere interior, I have the original window sticker and sales receipt the car sold out the door includes tax and discounts dealer prep for $64,000.00

Absolutely love my 2022 GL E3 50. I have the AMG exterior Effects and I love the looks. Super responsive power and hand handling. Also love the dash and the interior lighting options. Absolutely love everything about the car except for that you have to use premium fuel. But I still highly recommend it

It is a wonderful car. The interior is exceptional and the technology is state of the art. The drive is the best I have experienced in any car I have driven. Had the car for a short time and zero issues or problems. Overall a super luxury SUV. For the extra money and given the cost of new cars, the MB GLE 350 is worth the extra expense.

I like the option of the natural wood steering wheel, 21 inch tires and wheels trailer hitch if needed. The entertainment center is great, heated and cooled seats Have customizable controls. The SUV is just the perfect size not too big and not too small. Took it on a 9 Hour Rd. trip my kids love to drive it. People who look into the car make comments of how great it looks inside as we drive by in parking lots! Lots of room for passengers and luggage

Buy this car brand new and you will never have any problems with this car. Buy it from an original owner with all services done, on time, at the dealership only, which means the records are at the dealership and you will never have any problems. If the above has an extended warranty through Mercedes Benz dealership then you won't have any problems. This warranty usually cost the original owner $3,500 dollars.

I think maybe people are upset over their fees but no one works for free and the fees are listed... Worked with Brandon Martinez and it worked out great. Just be sure to do your homework first thats all and you will be 100% here. I also think their positive google reviews are more accurate than the cars.com comments tbh.
