Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).

Absolutely love my 2022 GL E3 50. I have the AMG exterior Effects and I love the looks. Super responsive power and hand handling. Also love the dash and the interior lighting options. Absolutely love everything about the car except for that you have to use premium fuel. But I still highly recommend it

I just bought a CPO 2024 GLE 350, beautiful car, incredible ride,performance,luxury . I didn't think i4 turbo engine was going to be this powerful . I have GLS63 amg but this car drives amazing I don't miss the GLS. It was fast easy pleasant buying experience, at the end I had a minor problem but it was resolved. After driving this amazing car I forgot about it. Silverstar is my dealer and I service all my cars here. If there is any problem at all they have a great management and take take of everything. I usually buy cpo cars, extremely well maintained and serviced vehicles. If you're looking for a best suv for money forget about X5,Q7 Cayenne or Range Rover get a GLE 350, you won't regret it. Amazing car. Don't believe me take a test drive.

The ride is amazing! Handles like a dream! Loving the “Hey Mercedes” feature built into the car! No fussing with screens or buttons while in traffic or driving. Just say “Hey Mercedes” and the car will do many things with a voice command. It will even tell you a joke if you ask!

Buy it from an original owner with all services done, on time, at the dealership only, which means the records are at the dealership and you will never have any problems. If the above has an extended warranty through Mercedes Benz dealership then you won't have any problems. This warranty usually cost the original owner $3,500 dollars.

I recently had a great shopping experience at European Masters with a salesperson Luis. He was very courteous and professional, obviously having customer`s best interest in mind. I initially contacted them over the phone and spoke to melissa, an internet sales rep. She politely answered all my questions and made an appointment for the following Monday. Upon arrival a vehicle of my interest was all prepped and shining. All in all I did spend there quite some time including a test drive, applying for financing, which turned out to be of better terms than my own that I previously was approved for and signing a contract. At the end of the day I drove off in my new car and was very satisfied with the process. Being a 3yr old the car had a highway mileage in Pennsylvania and drove and felt like new. Before this place I shopped in two other dealerships in Long Island and they both felt very disorganised and unprofessional. This place has a great selection of premium higher-end European cars, mostly BMW, Benz, Porsche. The condition of each looked top notch. I have to say, this is my 4th stop within 3 days before I pull the trigger on the 2020 BMW X5 at Import Masters. I was surprised how I was treated considering I was way underdressed for the occasion. Most sales people would think WHAT THE xxxx IS HE DOING HERE LOOKING AT BMW X5. Edwin was very nice and made sure I was taken care of properly. All the staff are very friendly, even the little guys who are cleaning and waxing cars. They gave me all the information I need it on how to take care of the car.
