I saw this 2014 E550 online. I was in San Diego but the car was $2300 under Blue Book with only 56,000 miles on it. I sent an email and received a reply before the dealership even open from their Internet Sales Manager, Bao. He sent me photos and a FaceTime tour of the vehicle. He provided every detail and was honest about everything about this car. I scheduled a pickup appointment and bought a ticket to Oakland. Bao greeted me and showed me the car. It was exactly as described. We chatted together while awaiting the sales manager to complete the paperwork. He programmed my phone into the navigation system and I began the long drive to San Diego. He even called several hours later to ask how my travels were proceeding and again the next day to ensure I had arrived safely. I cannot recommend Bao more highly to potential buyers. He is worth the trip if you do not live in the area!

Absolutely love my 2022 GL E3 50. I have the AMG exterior Effects and I love the looks. Super responsive power and hand handling. Also love the dash and the interior lighting options. Absolutely love everything about the car except for that you have to use premium fuel. But I still highly recommend it

Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).

Buy this car brand new and you will never have any problems with this car. Buy it from an original owner with all services done, on time, at the dealership only, which means the records are at the dealership and you will never have any problems. If the above has an extended warranty through Mercedes Benz dealership then you won't have any problems. This warranty usually cost the original owner $3,500 dollars.

I had searched long and hard for a 2011 Mercedes Benz E350 BlueTec. They are rare and hard to find in a good quality car. When one that looked like an excellent candidate surfaced in the cars.com search engine, the people at Mercedes-Benz of San Francisco went above and beyond to get us the information we asked for and needed to make an informed decision about the car. The staff worked after hours to secure our confidence that this car was the one I had been looking for, so I made the 300 mile drive on a Sunday to make it happen. I was greeted warmly and everyone there was professional, efficient and they treated me with courtsey and respect. The car was all it was advertised to be and even more, and the decision to purchase was an easy one. They assisted me in finding financing at favorable terms. After the sale an associate spent nearly an hour with me teaching me how to use all the features of my new car. If there was anything at all I was dissapointed with, it would be the offer extended for my trade-in. However, it was not out of line with what I had been offered by other dealers. The dealership is a beautiful building with a bright and inviting atmosphere. In summary, I am very, very pleased with my new E Class, and I would highly recommend Mercedes Benz of San Francisco to anyone shopping for a car. The ride is amazing! Handles like a dream! Loving the “Hey Mercedes” feature built into the car! No fussing with screens or buttons while in traffic or driving. Just say “Hey Mercedes” and the car will do many things with a voice command. It will even tell you a joke if you ask!

Purchasing a new car at Mercedes Benz of Marin. My Salesman Frank Andretta was amazing. He understood my needs and made very helpful suggestions. At no time was he pushy. We purchased a CPO C250 from a nice sales lady named Veronica Cheung the other day. She is fair, patience and professional, She made a stressful process a pleasant one. Although the detailing job of the C250 was not perfect, there are quite a few slight "noticeable defects"....worn-out volume switch on the steering wheel, dried excessive wax on cravasses of the body, some chipped paints, dusts on some internal area...etc. With the assurance of the Purchasing Manager and Veronica, I am sure all these minor things will be taken care of when I bring my car in when the promised part arrives. Kudo to The Mercedes Benz of San Francisco managment team, you folks really understand what Great Customer Service is ! PS. The ladies at the reception desk are very pleasant and helpful too, excellent first impression!

As a tall man, space, performance, and comfort is a premium. I looked at several other SUVs but the GLE looks, and performs the best. I like the muscular look of the SUV. It's a boss of a truck especially if you opt for the 20 & 21 inch rims. I was not looking for speed and power so I decided to get the smaller 2.0 engine to get more milage on a full tank and I have no regrets. The 2.0 turbo is enough to get me around town. When driving through the backroads or highways, the ride is smooth. The SUV sit high enough so you see your surroundings. The tech displays: large navigation screen, ambient lighting, and large moon roof makes for a enjoyable ride. Leg room is nice and you feel like you are sitting on air. The ride is smooth and the car is spacious for a family of 5 on long trips. Like all luxury cars, you want to make sure you take out the maintenance plan for the vehicle. Getting Mercedes to do the service is a smart investment. Now, Mercedes will do the service but anything extra they will charge a premium fee so find out what the SUV needs and take it to a trusted mechanic. The SUV is relatively easy to work on according to my mechanic. Since having the 2020 GLE 350, I only had to change the rotors, tires and do the service maintenance at the dealership. Directional tires 20 inch rims in the front and 21 inch rims for the back at the dealership will run you over $1400 (installation included]) but do your research. I got mine, pirellis from tirerack.com for under $800 and got them installed for $20 bucks each. It was shipped from California, brand new. You can find these tires on other website as well around the same price so you don't have to overspend. Take time to do your research. The only issue I had is that the leather seat on the driver's side has a crack in the groove. You can barely see it but I expected the leather to much more studier and longer lasting. If you decide to get one, avoid the color black. It's hard to keep clean. Silver is by far the best color to keep clean. Overall, I can now see why Mercedes owners love their rides; classy, spacious, and reliable! You can't go wrong with Mercedes Benz.
