I purchased my MB certified 2019 GLE400 two years ago and have driven 30K miles with no issues. I have owned several SUVs - Audi & Toyota Landcruisers; the 400 is by far the best. Very comfortable ride, excellent handling, acceleration, smooth braking & quiet. 17-18 around town; 25-27 highway. It takes a learning curve for the entertainment center but afterwards very easy. Above all - I feel safe driving my family. MB for life!!

Still shopping and may yet purchase from this dealer. They are an impressively large dealership. Yet, I felt welcomed and comfortable there.

Just bought this car a couple of days ago and I’ve driven Audi’s and BMW’s, but this SUV is by far, the best. It has a ton of features and safety options that make it so much better than any other vehicle in its class. My car is a 2019 CPO &only had 11,000 miles when I bought it.

Went from a C300 to a GLE 400...needed a SUV so we looked at a Cadillac and Audi...we wasted our time. The GLE 400 surpassed those in that class in every category we established. BiTurbo is awesome and it’s a safe and powerful vehicle for my wife. She loves it after a great experience with the C300. It’s a little thirsty but gas dollars are reasonable.

During my search for a new Chevy (I had the GM card with $8000 off a new vehicle) I found that certain dealerships were friendlier and more helpful than others. I was pleased with the interaction of sales and service at Middletown Chevrolet (Key) especially after being cut down by another salesman at another Chevy Dealership - will NEVER go back there ever. Mike in Sales, Devin/Josh in service are definitely great reps of the company. Both the purchase of my 2025 2RS Trax and first service went very well. This is my 4 MB SUV. It was called ML 350 before, then it became GLE 350. The GLE 400 2019 is Last year of production. It has great acceleration due to its turbo engine. Great fuel economy ( 9 speed transition). I like all the bells and whistles in this car. I test drove the 2020 GLE 350 ( comes equipped with V4 engine) , it seemed smaller and made with cheaper materials ( although stuffed with electronics) . GLE 400 is the best value and performance.

Absolutely no pressure at all. All cars are unlocked so I was free to browse whatever vehicle I wanted. There are no sales persons on the lot following you around. Salesperson was very nice, professional, knowledgeable.

I've bought many cars at different dealerships throught the years but this place this is the best! Jacobi the salesman, was amazing! Never pressured me into anything and him and my husband had a great time just talking cars. Henry test drove my trade in and actually used the turbo it was alot of fun! Chandler handled the finance with finesse and gave me the best deal and APR of just 2.5% (or close idr I know it was next to nothing lol) they also gave me a great deal on my trade. P.s hope his wife is still doing well their expecting a baby boy soon! And literally anyone's name that starts with a J there is awesome. I wrote down their names but lost the paper lol They even got my car ready and all accessories put on the day (shout out to the awesome guys that made it happen, usually i have to wait months anywhere else and the other place couldnt even get me a rental car for work!)they arrived so I could leave to drive to Texas (got a call my grandpa had died and need to drive there immediately). These guys make you feel like family, don't take advantage, and really take great care of you. If you where wondering I love my new 2022 CX30 and she handled great on that 13 1/2 hour drive to Texas and back. My husband and I are now customers for life.

I traded my 2014 ML350 and bought a 2024 GLE 350. Service and sales were exceptional Brandon Gates really impressed us with his knowledge of the new software and controls. He provided very personalized service and we have reached out to him a few times since and got quick results. I highly recommend Chapman Mercedes on Grant in Tucson particularly Brandon at Sales and Lucky Luechtefeld as service representative.

The services provided were good. The online transaction was not completed due to not receiving the final numbers and purchase order online. The salesman was good in communication, but the sales manager failed to provide the final price with the purchase order.

Today I purchased a beautiful 2014 Toyota Highlander Limited (Burgundy exterior and Almond interior). I called the dealership last week and spoke to the salesman named Will. Will answered all my questions and sent me videos and pictures of the car addressing all my concerns. He was a great help and very pleasant to work with. After driving the car home for over 200 miles, the ride was very smooth and nice. Everyone in the office were also very nice and helpful.
