My 2022 GLE450 is outstanding. Plenty of room in rear seats. Gas milage is better than advertised. 25 mpg in town and 27 on the road mpg. using premium fuel is a drawback. Drives great. fit and finish is superb. Technology is second to none. Feels very safe. Headlights are the best I've ever seen. I am a Mercedes Benz owner and have been since 2002, BUT this could be my LAST due to dealership overpricing. I realize cars are in high demand, but price gouging is and will never again be tolerated here again!

Eileen in the tag and registration department does and excellent job on getting to tags and registration out to the customers. She is an excellent communicator, patience, and very knowledgeable as well as a problem solvers. I hope she is recognized by her employer and placed in a higher level of responsibility. She deserves it.

Top notch features, extremely comfortable. Air suspension is a game changer. Higher ride, effortless for road trips. Tech is top notch too, wish it had wireless CarPlay.

From the easy access to the dealership off the West Side Highway, to the amazing environment they’ve created inside, to sales consultant Gregory Gazzola’s expertise and ability to read a customer and deliver the vehicle I wanted, at the price I could afford, expeditiously, it was absolutely the best experience. I emailed Gregory this morning, he found me a vehicle, presented a deal, and gave me a pick up time for earlier this afternoon. Great car. Love it. But for the price you should at least get leather interior, not that artificial look. But it rides beautifully. Feel safe in it.

I purchased two Mercedes Benz' in Two years from Mercedes of Paramus; major mistake. Not only were they a ripoff, they had a very low rating with the BBB. I reached out to Mercedes Corporation and they don't stand behind the customers as well. Luckily, a friend recommended me to Caldwell Mercedes Bendz. They were professional, honest, polite and understanding. Caldwell was able get me out of my bad deal and into my dream car. I almost gave up on Mercedes in general but Caldwell has renewed my faith in the brand.
