I went to Patricia office to explain my problem and right away she made me feel safe, and comfortable. I was driving two kids to college, got a flat tire coming across the Tappan Zee bridge, 20 minutes into a 9 hour trip, happened upon them, had my tire changed in under an hour and on my way again.
