Cadillac of Naperville is a first class dealership in every sense of the word. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and every department has a great group of people. The facilities are spotless and very inviting as well.

My cars bushings and strut towers needed to be replaced. We had the front end redone and new motor mounts. Also had an alignment done as well.

They were responsive, but I’m still shopping and considering other options and finance options.

My experience with this dealership was great! They were very prompt with responding to all of my emails. As always, the dealership does top quality work and I am very pleased with the job they did for my 2021 S585 sedan. I was especially impressed by the video of the proposed repairs and maintenance work - a new service that worked out very well. One aspect of this visit however could stand to be improved. It took 2.5 days to return my car to me, largely due to the unavailability of a check out driver to validate that the car was ready to go - at least that's what I was told.
