Comfortable, but not fast. Not that this was supposed to be a fast car. It is quite expensive for its age, and it tends to break down (mine had 45K miles, of which about 2.3K was me, when the gasket blew). Overall, buy it if you want to look classy.

i bought a 86 pontiac 2+2 . my credit union was not still in my state, so needed a co op credit union . they did not do that amount of money with out signed documents from my home credit union .mgm worked with me to get my payment worked through. it took a couple of weeks . when car got here there was a oversight with a maintenance issue .we talked back and forth we reached a agreement and they helped to fix the problem.in my case everything worked out

I do have one suggestion: if you’re selling EVs like Teslas to out-of-state customers, it would be helpful to deliver the vehicle with a full charge. Since Tesla’s Supercharger network cannot be used until the app is properly set up, it can create a challenge for first-time handoff. That said, I’m overall very happy with my purchase and appreciate the great service.

It was a very difficult purchase to begin with because It was a blind purchase and I had to make my purchase based on the impression I received from Alan. When I finally got the delivery of the vehicle in Denver Colorado, I realized that Alan was an honest salesman and he meant every word he said. Here is a review of my start to finish dealings with Gate City, Ft. Lauderdale: 1. The sales people who you work with are not on site. They're working remote so they don't have eyes on the car. So, 2. You'll want to be connected with someone on site who can start and drive the car, provide a walkaround video, pictures of whatever you want and give their input. I worked with Alex at the Ft. Lauderdale location for my purchase and he was outstanding with helping me to know the car before making an offer. He is the reason that this is a 5 star review. 3. Hauling: They'll get you a quote for hauling the vehicle. I chose Nexus Transport myself to use. They were a bit cheaper and top rated by Forbes. That went just fine. 4. These cars are all on consignment. So, I feel that you have to be a little more careful because you have another party who may not have disclosed things to Gate City. Best practice is to get a pre-buy done from someone like Lemon Squad. That being said, I was so comfortable with my deal that I waived the pre-buy. And in my case, the Prowler is a mint gem and I have no concerns. 5. Since they're on consignment, they have commissions they charge the seller. As a buyer, I don't care even if I see a commissions line on the purchase agreement. As long as my out the door number was what I offered, that's fine. 6. I wired money to them and within a few hours, I had all the fully executed paperwork back in my hands. Title took about 3 weeks to receive by UPS. No issues. Thank you Barbara! 7. So here is what breeds loyalty. Alex made sure the car was completely ready to be picked up including accessories that were bubble wrapped. The car was supposed to be picked up at Noon on Saturday, plenty of time before they closed at 5pm. He stayed until the truck arrived...very late....AT 1:30am going into Sunday morning!!!! (Otherwise, it would have sat until Tuesday). I cannot believe he did that for me. I received my car loading video at 2am. That's unbelievable service that deserves more than 5 stars. Summary: I'd have zero issues with buying from Gate City again....they just operate in a different style than what I'm traditionally used to, which is just fine.

professional..however a lot of the cars they are selling don't run or need extensive work..it makes me feel the ads are a bit deceptive..not disclosing that info upfront..I wouldn't have wasted my time pursuing these vehicles
