Brought my ‘24 GLE in for a check engine light and a rear window washer blockage. Service tech found exhaust baffle blocked due to icing, heated and greased with great success. Tech also found washer fluid line blocked and frozen. This problem was also corrected. Tech performed a complete vehicle inspection as well. All service work was accomplished with no charge. The dealership also provided me with a brand new 2026 GLC courtesy car for the day. Five Star ⭐️ service including my time spent with Tom O’Connor my service advisor!

We really love the sales person. The main issue as a car was damaged quite a bit and I was unimpressed by the 120 point inspection as I pulled out the cabin filter looks like it was the original when I pulled it out.

Mercedes Benz of Washington (PA) diagnosed and fixed a problem another MB dealership caused. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in good hands with service writer Amy Nelson. I did not have an appointment for a Service B but Amy quickly got me in and arranged for a driver (Dale! Who was awesome!) to take me back to my office. A problem was found under the hood that only the MB dealership where I purchased the car could have caused. This is where Service Manager Bob Anderson came in. Bob went above and beyond to get my car properly fixed and out the door in record time. Come to find Bob has been at this dealership for 35 years. Unheard of these days! Bob and staff provided me with the utmost care and for that I am most thankful.

Best experience, they were professional, courteous, and extremely efficient. They were honest and gave us a fair deal and price and a fair trade in. They treated us very politely and were considerate with any questions. They made this the best car purchase I have had in years I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a luxury car. Just bought a nice used Maxima here this weekend. I will have to say that Brandon Comer (sales) and Javier Escobar (finance) were a pleasure to deal with. Such down to earth personalities, friendly, sincere, and helpful. I actually identified a vibration / wheel issue with this vehicle during the test drive. They did not hesitate to address the issue fully and we were able to finalize the deal in a couple of days. Other that that small hiccup, the dealwas so simple and painless. My wife and I would definitely consider buying from this dealership again. It is a beautiful establishment and everyone we came in contact with were so nice and thoughtful.
