Vel is a great sales guy. Very responsive and will work with the customer. We drove from MI with a trade in and they honored their offer. There were a couple minor things like steering wheel was more worn than we would have expected given the nice condition of the rest of the car. Small headliner plug interior for convertible top was missing. Other than that it was a smooth transaction.

BEST CAR WHAT WE HAD !!! It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. I'm a big guy, 6'3" and big-boned, with two younger children that require car seats. There is still some room behind me with the seat backed up all of the way. The features and smart key are a nice touch.

We walked in, they let her drive whatever she wanted & were very pleasant to deal with, not like your typical used car salesman that stalks you on the lot. They had no problem with us taking it to our mechanic to have it checked out. It coded on a few items & they repaired those items & even items that we didn’t ask them to fix. They also give a 3 month power train warranty as a bonus as a standard practice. The paperwork process only took an hour. They are wonderful here. They really care & they have some pretty cool cars. It's an 2023 S-class Mercedes. That pretty much says it all. The fact the it is also a Plug in Hybrid just makes it even better. Plug in at home and you will hardly ever need to buy gas. Plus it is so smooth running on electric that you will love the car even more. Best one I have owned and I have been driving these since 1998.

Comfortable, but not fast. Not that this was supposed to be a fast car. It is quite expensive for its age, and it tends to break down (mine had 45K miles, of which about 2.3K was me, when the gasket blew). Overall, buy it if you want to look classy.

60,000 miles and 9 years now having some issues. Front differential leak, driver active multi contour seat repair, coolant return hose small leak not major. I’ve test driven a number of other luxury flagships and still find the W-221 S Class to be more comfortable and road worthy. Local independent shop provides excellent service at a significant savings from MB dealership. Still love this car and do not regret purchasing even tho repair and maintenance costs are high!

My new S-580 e has been nothing but spectacular in terms of its design, comfort and driving experience. It is probably the quietest car I have ever owned and there is no hesitation when accelerating from a stop or driving up a steep hill! Also, as a "e" model, it also operates in either full electric, hybrid or gas only modes, so the range is great!

I just bought a 2019 Mercedes-Benz CLS 53 AMG from Chicago Auto Place. I'm out of state but deal was great. Took about 5 days to get delivered. Longer than i wanted but they delivered. Kept communications the entire time. Ricky was great. In the process i got worried and started researching. There are some people years ago that didn't review well. I really don't thinknthe deserve those reviews. After i got the car i asked the owner about them. He said they changed their business modelnto higher end cars with lower miles. And it has worked for them. I am 100% happy and have a stellar car. Inwould recommended whole-heartedly. They are in Chicago and i amnin Texas. Stressful buying online but they delivered on all cylinders.

This car should be classified as an “exotic”. The S550 Coupe is by far the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Well, our 2008 S63 AMG was a monster, but very heavy. The ride is harsher than expected over rough roads, but it isn’t close to a deal killer. The interior is perfect, but the controls were clunky at first….until you get used to it.
