Loved this car, it was a tank, and it used fuel like a tank. I believe the engine was too small for the vehicle's weight. I bought it used, i could not control the temperature of the air conditioning (easy enough to fix), and when the engine was warm it was hard to start (probably another easy fix).

Took the car in as I was hearing a slight thumping sound that I felt should not be happening. In no time I was told that I should have had the tires rotated that I had over-looked. Derik notified me of the problem, the solution and there was no charge

This car should be classified as an “exotic”. The S550 Coupe is by far the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Well, our 2008 S63 AMG was a monster, but very heavy. The ride is harsher than expected over rough roads, but it isn’t close to a deal killer. The interior is perfect, but the controls were clunky at first….until you get used to it.

The dealership had a great selection of quality used cars, all well-maintained and reasonably priced. I have driven an S Class Mercedes since 1995. I have not owned anything else. This 2023 S 580 4matic is amazing. With four wheel steering, turns are tighter than you predict. The performance is more than I can handle today and more than adequate. Interior, comfort and exterior are all within my normal Mercedes expectations. After driving this vehicle for 30 years, I am not sure I can accept LESS. Most any vehicle is accepting LESS. I also own a 2020 Range Rover Sport supercharged V8. Just as impressive but not as comfortable. The S Class is what all other vehicle manufacturers are typically chasing to "meet". I have test driven many comparable cars, but none worth buying.

This car met all my need, 1- comfortable riding 2- the King of the road 3- it has many options 4- cheap parts I drove it cross country from New York to Los Angeles, With no issue.

Bought a car for my Daughter, needed radio / GPS integrated system replaced. We took the car and they stood behind the repair of the car. The car is great and my Daughter is extremely happy with her car. I brought the car in for service and they said I didn’t need some of the services I requested which saved me money. They are honest and very nice to deal with.

Amazing vehicle, but only buy new if you want the S63, the Maybach, or your just really rich, if not, then just wait 5 years, and get it for 70 grand! The value is so low because you can just wait for it to depreciate like crazy. But overall, this is an awesome car.

Dollar for dollar this is the best car that money can buy. A 3 year old MB Certified car with around 30,000 miles is the way to go. The price will be about 50% of original MSRP so you save about $50,000. I suggest 4 MATIC and AMG trim package. I 've owned other MB's, high end Jaguars, BMW's, Volvo's, VW's and several American cars, new and used. This is the best.

I bought this car while driving my 3rd Lexux LS-series and having owned the one Lexus GS400. I love this car after nine years of ownership. We even purchased the self-same 1999 S320 when he eventually saw my positive experience with it. Mercedes Benz, however, has abandoned this car and its current owners by seizing to make available the chip for any future ignition keys. If you lose your last one, my local Colorado dealership quoted me +/- $10,000 in labor to dismantle the dash, etc., to provide a new ignition.

It's an 2023 S-class Mercedes. That pretty much says it all. The fact the it is also a Plug in Hybrid just makes it even better. Plug in at home and you will hardly ever need to buy gas. Plus it is so smooth running on electric that you will love the car even more. Best one I have owned and I have been driving these since 1998.
