I have owned the car since new. It has been very reliable, extremely comfortable, beautiful and a joy to drive. I strongly recommend it for anyone. I was t-boned by a large pickup truck who ran a red light. The car saved our lives.

Dollar for dollar this is the best car that money can buy. A 3 year old MB Certified car with around 30,000 miles is the way to go. The price will be about 50% of original MSRP so you save about $50,000. I suggest 4 MATIC and AMG trim package. I 've owned other MB's, high end Jaguars, BMW's, Volvo's, VW's and several American cars, new and used. This is the best.

This car is not for the iPad generation but for people who appreciate the Vacuum Tubes HIFI system when listening to music. The initial cost is low (value for money) but it is like buying a yacht. You need to afford ongoing maintenance costs then it rewards you. Your mechanic must realize that his/her most important job servicing S Class is to constantly strive for the lowest possible car noise/sound background. Externally and internally. New tires, new pulleys, new brake pads/rotors, brake pads not touching rotors it all generates sound. When all parts generating sound are taken care of the car is ready for the symphony.

S450 is a great value. Plenty of power. Very comfortable. Quiet and smooth ride. Don't need the big engine. Would definitely buy again. Very dependable.

I contacted premier and was contacted via text by Patrick. Set up an appointment for 6/23/23. We live over two 1/2 hours away and hoped find the car. My daughter and I arrived at the dealership to test drive one car and found that the actual car we wanted was being test driven. The car was purchased as we test drove a few other cars. We finished by asking Patrick to pull six vehicles to look at and 4 to test drive. Was impressed with his time and patience. At the end of three hours and unable to find the car we wanted, he was great. Told him the color and model we wanted, but they didn’t have it in stock. Patrick was a good salesman. Not pushing a sale. We will go back. Hopefully they won’t have additional undisclosed fees as stated by others.

Excellent car. I am driving S550 2015 for 6 years with no any mechanical problems, this car is soft driving and luxury finish and look.

This car should be classified as an “exotic”. The S550 Coupe is by far the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Well, our 2008 S63 AMG was a monster, but very heavy. The ride is harsher than expected over rough roads, but it isn’t close to a deal killer. The interior is perfect, but the controls were clunky at first….until you get used to it.

Today I had my 2014 Lexus ES 350 Mark Jacobson package serviced for the 80,000 mile checkup. Today my mechanic Camaou surprised me with a video of the work he was performing on my car. I have driven an S Class Mercedes since 1995. I have not owned anything else. This 2023 S 580 4matic is amazing. With four wheel steering, turns are tighter than you predict. The performance is more than I can handle today and more than adequate. Interior, comfort and exterior are all within my normal Mercedes expectations. After driving this vehicle for 30 years, I am not sure I can accept LESS. Most any vehicle is accepting LESS. I also own a 2020 Range Rover Sport supercharged V8. Just as impressive but not as comfortable. The S Class is what all other vehicle manufacturers are typically chasing to "meet". I have test driven many comparable cars, but none worth buying.

This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.

Driving from Warrenton to NC, our E350 chk engine light came on and the car lost power. Stopped car, restarted it, and the problem disappeared. Pulled into Huber Service w/o an appointment to get a diagnosis. They checked the faults, concluded it was a spark plug missfire. Didn't charge us anything. Didn't try to sell us anything. Excellent service. Trustworthy. First rate.

MBZ S-class always 5 ***** vehicle. The most luxurious , comfortable, car I ever drove . I highly recommend it . My old Mercedes S-class has 200,000 miles and not a single problem.

It's an 2023 S-class Mercedes. That pretty much says it all. The fact the it is also a Plug in Hybrid just makes it even better. Plug in at home and you will hardly ever need to buy gas. Plus it is so smooth running on electric that you will love the car even more. Best one I have owned and I have been driving these since 1998.

My new S-580 e has been nothing but spectacular in terms of its design, comfort and driving experience. It is probably the quietest car I have ever owned and there is no hesitation when accelerating from a stop or driving up a steep hill! Also, as a "e" model, it also operates in either full electric, hybrid or gas only modes, so the range is great!

I just picked up my S580 Lux-Line in Emerald Green over Sienna Brown, and I am absolutely thrilled with the purchase. I have owned five S-Class models since 2010, including this new one, and I can say this is the best iteration yet from an overall perspective. While I still think the W222 was the best-looking (especially my 2019 S560 with the refreshed look and AMG pack), this new one does not disappoint at all. The Emerald Green is stunning in the sunlight, my favorite color yet. And the interior is on another level from a luxury and tech standpoint. I loved the interiors of all the S-Class models I've owned, but this current one is my favorite. The seats are super supportive, and the vast amount of tech is amazing. The new infotainment screen takes time to learn and get used to, but I feel the "Hey, Mercedes" function makes doing small things like putting in a Navigation request easier than going through the main screen. From a driving perspective, the ride is the best yet, just like gliding on a cloud. I've been lucky to have driven Bentley's and Rolls-Royce's in my lifetime, and this ride is as close as I've seen the S-Class come to being even with those vehicles on this front. And, the V8 is plenty punchy when needed, so it can be a fun vehicle to take on windy roads if you so desire. Overall, a wonderful vehicle and a bargain when you compare it to the other super-luxury vehicles on sale. I'm looking forward to the next few years of owning such an awesome car.

I received a loner vehicle while my 2014 ES 350 Mark Jacobson Lexus stayed overnite at Chantilly. I woke up today January 24 full of brightness started my loaner Lexus and off we went. I did one errand and was prepared to return the loaner. Engine refused to turn over. Called my Lexus service rep Hetty Stoner and turned me over to Lexus Roadside Assistance. Came with in 45 minutes and off we went to Chantilly. Constructive tips- please give a loaner with at least half tank of gas and inform customer as to start up procedure in every loaner vehicle. Weather permitting make sure all loaners have been cleaned and washed for eye candy effect. First cabin not log cabin. I love Pohanka Lexus. In trading in my 2019 s560e for the 2023 s580e. This is a unique vehicle and the use case for it is unusual - as the battery in the 2019 only had 19 miles of charge but, over the 3 years I had it averaged around 60 mpg. I didn't have any appreciable issues with it, but didn't drive it much - under 5000 miles a year, it was not my only vehicle and I work from home. The 2023 is far superior in interior comfort vs it's predecessor. I don't like the grill and lights as much, but the ride comfort power, and efficiency of the power plants are amazing. In my first 500 miles - averaging over 130mpg. The battery is 60 miles - give or take. Now, unless you have a charger at home, or home and work, that are free to use or truly inexpensive - this is where you can shellacked. Charging stations are a huge rip off -- they are so expensive - when you do the math, the same amount of fuel to get the same number of miles is equal to near $20 a gallon, if my math is correct - and it is. So, long distance in this car - isn't practical at all. It's for around town - small commute - less than 50 miles EACH way, again if you have charging at home and you have solar to produce your own electricity, or the cost is way higher than gas. This car is a very unique use case.... and if you aren't this use case - the car isn't practical. But, it sure does ride nice and the interior is off the hook, mine is fully loaded - and that says alot for an S class.
