My service advisor Spencer Stewart was great! He always responded promptly by text and/or email to my questions. When there wasn’t an easy (or affordable) fix to the problem with my car, he researched creative options for me. The mechanics at the shop also were very friendly and helpful. Compared this to the classic 300SL is all you can do for the value may stay for your lifetime I!this used one is probably same price as when new. A beater 300sl goes for this price plus a 300,000 restoration! For a 6 cylinder no AC car that you’ll never drive!

I have been a Customer of Ferrari PB for almost 10 years. Initially ,I had them serve my Maserati from up north. Frequently, my wife and I would wait for service just to walk around their show room. Everyone was always very courteous and inviting. I’m now a regular customer and have purchased 3 cars from them. I’ve always dealt with TONY . He’s very professional and has guided me through several purchase. Their service department is second to none. I’ve been dealing with JAMES for almost 5 years now. I have his cell phone in the event of after hours issues. A while ago, I called him early evening on an issue with my car. It was strange that I didn’t hear from him immediately. Fortunately, it wasn’t anything major. However, the next morning I got a call from him and he apologized for not getting back immediately. He said he was on vacation in Europe and just saw my missed call. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I know they treat all service customers this way whether the car was purchased there or else. I think I know just about everyone there by first name. Sometimes when I’m in the area and just stop by to say hello. This is truly a 5 STAR DEALERSHIP Earlier this week, I had a warning notice on my car. I called James and he said, don’t drive it, I’ll have a truck pick it up. While the car was being serviced, he kept me posted. I frequently call him on operational questions and he gladly responds. What a great team.

The SLS AMG Coupe is my daily driver. The trunk holds my golf clubs without taking out the driver. Unlike other exotics, I bought the extended bumper to bumper warranty from Mercedes for 7 years, 75000 miles for $3500. The ride is a little better than my 2013 Porsche Carrera, but definitely a sports car. The gull wing doors are easy enough to reach and close that my 70 year old wife who is 5'2", 106 lbs, has no trouble reaching or closing. It has all the technology, beautiful fit and finish. In my opinion the most beautiful car made in the last 10 years. The exhaust sound is terrific.

We recently purchased a 2022 Denali and our advisor was Lawrence Chavez. He was wonderful to deal with from the very beginning until the end. We had our kids with us and he went out of his way to make sure each of us were taken care of through the process to include offers of drinks/snacks. This car displays a beautiful, timeless design. For being six years old now, it still has the ability to keep up with today?s super cars. Additionally, great for long distance trips or cruising around town with it?s fantastic comforbility. I must admit though, the rear end is a bit shakey.

I wrote the first review. I now have the car 2 years with 14,000 miles on it. Had some warranty work at the beginning, but all is stable this last year. This car is extremely reliable with my two year maintenance costs at a total of $450. I also have the SLS roadster and while the Gullwing attracts more attention, the roadster is a little softer ride. Both are reliable and both offer a 7 year factory warranty ... which I purchased.

This is my first experience with Fletcher Jones and it has been a good one so far. Buying a car long distance, sight unseen is always a bit of a challenge and potentially a risk.
