I bought this 2500 3 years ago with the intention of building out a simple RV for regular and stealth camping. It did not work out due to bed height but what a great vehicle. This is designed for heavy use and for a personal owner, should last generations. The power is excellent, especially considering the MPG: 20-25 MPG in real world use. The handling is also surprisingly good, I've actually passed rental cars on windy roads. The view is beautiful and it is built in Germany and very well. It is not a wonderful tow vehicle as it is not body-on-frame but is rated for 5000#. So you could tow some toys or a small trailer quite easily. These are pretty stripped with only original equipment and there are few of these. You really do want the rear camera and some other stuff. Like other German vehicles, it adds up. When it comes to maint, this bus is the bomb, the oil change is easier than a motorcycle. Get the 4 cyl.

I have a large family and love this van however I wanted a 2016 with low miles because i did not want the high top. This is my every day van because I have a six kids and I love it . It drives like a minivan and is my favorite car ever! I the dealership we bought from was ... ok .

This Van actually do drives like a Mercedes Sedan and the 25-30 mpg keeps money in your pocket. Every part of this Van is much better than what we experienced from other Vans in the past. Very good "work horse" for sure.

I have 1100 miles on this vehicle. Fuel economy is outstanding 20-21 mpg. Lots of torque, more than enuf power around town. I have a 2500 hi roof, 144". The radio is only fair. My biggest gripe is the left armrest on the door, it actually hurts your arm! Remedied by gluing a hunk of 1/2" hi density foam to it. My other gripe is the central locking system, annoying, confusing, I wish there was a way to defeat it. Having said all that it was expensive, I did get the extended warranty because of issues I have heard about years earlier with other Sprinter lines. Now that Mercedes is the sole seller since 2010 perhaps the quality and service will be better. So far, so good, very carline to drive, much more civil than my Mitsubishi Fuso.

Very impressed with the handling and the fuel economy. I have trouble sitting in a regular car seat because of back pain. This vehicle has a totally different seat position. It also has tons of driver aids, side sensors, backup camera and auto high/low headlights

This truck has great fuel mileage, very comfortable seats, and an excellent panoramic view. It has a strong V6 engine and a very smooth transmission. I like this truck very much.

After 40 years of driving pick-up trucks,we decided to try one of these and we are stoked. It handles great , gets great gas milege holds alot of cargo and is comfortabe to drive. They are in the midst of expanding their car lot and do not have a structured building. They only have a mobile unit currently on the property so it's a bit disorganized right now. Sales personnel did not seem very friendly but they also aren't pushy which I liked. Most of the cars exteriors were really dirty from a dust storm that occurred a couple of weeks ago. They have a large inventory of vehicle choices.

We did a LOT of homework on the Toyota Tundra Platinum truck before we bought it. We looked at reviews of Dean going back for years and saw many great reviews, but some that looked like it was more the buyer’s fault than the seller. We found Dean and his employees to be completely respectful and responsive. They worked with us and answered every question. They did not change the price from the offer they made over the phone. We were concerned that the Carfax said that trim package was a 1794 but we were looking at a Platinum-turns out it was a CarFax issue and Dean’s description was correct. There was no pressure. It could not have been a better, smoother transaction. If something makes you concerned, let them know: they are very straightforward. The next time I’m looking for a good used car, I’m looking here first!

170ex cargovan, Drives like a Mercedes, I forget I have 25 feet of vehicle behind me. Crosswind assist works very well, Sprinter is stable in crosswinds with ~20 mph gusty winds with ~40 to 50 mph gusts. The best auto trans I've driven (7 speed), shifts when it ought to, I usually drive stick because I hate auto trannies. Turning it into an RV

This is my second van I purchased here. My first one was a 1996 Aerostar back in 2015 and it was really clean and drove nice. I never had major issues. It was best experience and best used vehicle I got. It ended up getting t boned in little less than year having it. I was happy to have found another van there. I called and asked if they had vans. The one they had was higher priced than what I could get. Brandon told me he was getting one next day. When I talked to him on phone about it, it sounded like it would be a great van. I am happy to have made my purchase there. I have had great customer service experience from there. Also when you walk away making a purchase, you are happy with vehicle and walk away without regret. This vehicle drives like a car, has great visability, has great safety features and is very comfortable for a large family. If you are looking for something bigger than a caravan and don't want to lose on gas milage, check out a Sprinter! I love it!

Great van - going on three years, love our NCV3 (144" 2500 Sprinter 4x4)! We purchased it new (June 2015) and drive it for long distance family trips mostly. It is a passenger van, but we use only the driver and passenger front row and second row of seats - we immediately pulled the third and fourth rows out - with the seats removed, we have tons of space for stuff on trips. Van drives really well in all conditions for its size and mass and we average 20 mpg or better highway driving. For a full-size 4x4 diesel van there is really only one choice in NA, Daimler vans!
