Very impressed with the handling and the fuel economy. I have trouble sitting in a regular car seat because of back pain. This vehicle has a totally different seat position. It also has tons of driver aids, side sensors, backup camera and auto high/low headlights

Great van - going on three years, love our NCV3 (144" 2500 Sprinter 4x4)! We purchased it new (June 2015) and drive it for long distance family trips mostly. It is a passenger van, but we use only the driver and passenger front row and second row of seats - we immediately pulled the third and fourth rows out - with the seats removed, we have tons of space for stuff on trips. Van drives really well in all conditions for its size and mass and we average 20 mpg or better highway driving. For a full-size 4x4 diesel van there is really only one choice in NA, Daimler vans!

It could not have been a better experience in getting my Sprinter. The sales person was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle and the operation of the vehicle. After 40 years of driving pick-up trucks,we decided to try one of these and we are stoked. It handles great , gets great gas milege holds alot of cargo and is comfortabe to drive. I have 1100 miles on this vehicle. Fuel economy is outstanding 20-21 mpg. Lots of torque, more than enuf power around town. I have a 2500 hi roof, 144". The radio is only fair. My biggest gripe is the left armrest on the door, it actually hurts your arm! Remedied by gluing a hunk of 1/2" hi density foam to it. My other gripe is the central locking system, annoying, confusing, I wish there was a way to defeat it. Having said all that it was expensive, I did get the extended warranty because of issues I have heard about years earlier with other Sprinter lines. Now that Mercedes is the sole seller since 2010 perhaps the quality and service will be better. So far, so good, very carline to drive, much more civil than my Mitsubishi Fuso.

I can fit everything in the Sprinter, plus it gets good gas mileage, looks respectable and it has enough get up and go.

4.95 Stars. Recently found a vehicle that I wanted, located on PricePro's lot in Ohio. (Im from Michigan) Communicated with John Velez, whom answered all my questions promptly. The car was priced low enough where no negotiations were needed. The dealership was able to do remote documentation for the sale. My only complaint, mild as it is, I bought a EV that should have been charged and ready for me when arriving. I drove from a state away to be informed their staff failed to plug it in over night. They rushed it down to a lvl3 charger and resolved the oversight! Besides the little xxxx up, I would buy again, I would recommend John Velez to you if your in the market for one of their vehicles.
