Sprinter Dan lives up to the name! We had very specific requirements since the Sprinter 170 would turn into our full time home once it was built out. Dan made sure we had everything we requested and more. He even helped us get additional equipment we needed and shipped them right to our door in Michigan. Above and beyond. The environment and atmosphere is very inviting and relaxing. From the Car lot, to the Sales floor, everyone is very helpful and polite. They make you feel like family. I was very nervous as this was my first time purchasing a car as an adult, but it was overall a good experience! The salesperson I corresponded with beforehand and who managed the deal in person, Matthew, went *above and beyond* to help me get the exact car I wanted and feel comfortable the whole way through. I was a little overwhelmed during the finance portion of the deal, but the Finance Director Scott patiently answered every question I had and worked to make sure I got the best I could out of the loan and warranty. The only complaint I have is that the car wasn?t fully detailed inside, but I?m so excited about my low-mileage, reliable, well-taken-care-of V6 rocket RAV4 I really don?t mind.
