Exceptional service. Recently, I purchased 2 vehicles from ECarOne in Plano TX.  My experience with ECarOn from my Sale advisor Dau Nguyen to Ash Osman in Finance was smooth and painless.   I communicated with Dau a few times regarding the Price of these cars and Trade in values, approx a week before we drove from Houston area to Plano.   Dau was very courteous, professional, straightforward and gave me a fair deal on the trade in.  I felt comfortable enough to drive 3.5 hrs to see him.  Once we arrived at the dealer, cars were in front ready for us to test drive.  With Dau's help, we were in and out with the new cars in a very short time.   We got two beautiful and in almost brand new condition cars, a 2021 Maserati GranLusso Levante for myself and a 2024 BMW X1 for my daughter.  Ash was easy to deal with, he did not hassle me into something I dont want and gave me a good deal on the extended warranty which I asked for.   I found my car dealer in TX now, and I will be back in the future.  I strongly recommend Dau Nguyen and ECarOne if you are looking for used luxury cars in great condition at good prices.

We got our EQB 300 with Pinnacle trim in September and we love it. It is easy to drive and has excellent performance for our needs. You can drive this car with one foot and rarely have to apply the brakes until you need to stop. Handles well at high speeds.

They made the whole process so smooth and hassle free my salesperson was awesome he did the put any pressure or on me and made it really easy i got to take my car home the second day!! Had the car for four years only had to do basic maintenance like tires an front brakes rear brakes tcase transmission service rear diff. Driven the thing like 65k in those four years perfect for road trips handles pretty decent in the snow an ice, you can tell it's a little heavy going down hill but the trans in snow mode does it's wizardry magic an can keep you going slow. Uphill is a little more exciting in the snow due to the rear wheel bias on the 4matic system but once it kicks the rear end out it reels it back in. It definitely likes the colder air I don't know if it's the intercooler being heat soaked but living somewhere where it's 100 plus in the summer I can tell it's not as peppy versus the winter time when it's in the teens. Interior has held up great with kids. Only thing that's broke on the inside is the springs for the cup holders an the trunk button which wasn't my fault had a friend driving it an they pulled it to hard. The exterior is honestly timeless you can't tell it's a four year old car not to flashy or dull it's a suttle boujee. The service at Mercedes has always been super, everyone thinks you're going to pay an arm an a leg for service but honestly only having to go in once maybe twice a year it's not terrible versus every 5k on other cars I've owned. The factory warranty ran out but Mercedes offered extended for an extra fours on top of the factory unlimited mileage bumper to bumper so they give you peace of mind an it makes you feel like they have faith in their own product to give you unlimited miles. In all the experience has been exciting the turbos spool up quick an gives you a little stu stu, from a dig your pretty quick, when you down shift the exhaust gives you some pops an bangs. Interior looks nice don't really think it'll age terribly considered everything now a days comes with giant screens. An as a technician for a different manufacturer it's not terrible to work on. I would recommend it to anyone.

After having a very unpleasant customer service experience with Jennifer Collins, a new service advisor was assigned to me. I was extremely pleased Clayton Fraizer. He took the time give me a call to introduce himself and was very warm, positive and professional. Once my vehicle was ready for pick-up, he called again, greeted me upon my arrival, and did a proper checkout to ensure that the window tint and window seal repair exceeded my expectations. As a brand new Mercedes Benz - Plano service department customer, I am happy to say that Clayton COMPLETELY turned around my overall experience and perceptions of this department. His customer service definitely matched the Mercedes Benz brand which is what I expected from the beginning. As a result, I will continue to work with him in the future.

Friendly and professional staff. They were very hospitable and made the buying process as smooth as possible. They explained everything to us clearly and didn't try to sneak in any extra charges. Our salesman, Eddie, took especially good care of us and was very patient as we thoroughly looked over the car we were interested in and took our time to make our decision. The car we purchased wasn't a Mercedes and was less luxurious and less expensive than what you would typically expect from a high-end luxury car dealership, but they didn't treat us any differently because of that. Highly recommended!

Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

We built/ordered 2024 GLC300 for my wife in May 2023. Took delivery on 12/1/2023. Darren Shin was our sales advisor. We moved our business from another Mercedes dealer because Darren was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the Mercedes autos, options, process, timeline, etc. He did NOT use any pressure whatsoever. he focused on educating us to ensure the vehicle was EXACTLY what my wife wanted. If I had a sales opening in my firm, he is exactly the high performing sales person who I would hire!! Kudos and well done.

It was a great experience buying mt car at the dealership. The look and features of the car is what attracted me to it. Donte is a great salesman, he is very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and show me how to use all the features that the car has.

This car is dynamite! I traded a 2023 EQB for it, and I am very pleased. The hybrid feature is the perfect response to all electric range anxiety. Ride quality is perfect. And it is a wonderful size! I opted for the AMG exterior/interior package. And it makes a pretty big difference between the regular model and the upgrade. I am well satisfied.

I have purchased four vehicles from ECarOne and every time they have continued to impress me. Worked with Vinh in sales and he was very knowledgeable and never pressured me. Had this vehicle for about a month and I have to say it's the most amazing thing I've ever driven!  It's so quiet, smooth, and maneuverable with the all-wheel steering.  And driving it with one pedal has been a very satisfying experience and gives you so much control.  Plus, that quiet interior has made enjoying the superb Dolby Atmos sound system, playing Spacial Audio via the integrated Apple Music app, even better.  It's like being in a personal sound studio!  And add to that the hot back massage, ambient lighting, and, air balance fragrance system makes it a wonderful place to relax and unwind.  The whole design is beautiful IMHO and truly reflects Mercedes's design language of "Sensual Purity", especially the front interior.  I only wish it had a longer range, but with everything it offers, I'm OK with that until the battery technology for EVs improves.  One final note.  The HEPA filtration has been such a godsend with all the smoke from the Canadian wildfires and makes the inside air so fresh. After driving this,  there's no way I want to go back to an ICE vehicle as it's just so superior in every way! 

Best Mercedes I have ever owned. Accept for normal maintenance the car has never had a service call. The Brigstone tires that came with the were terrible. Only got 20,000 miles out of them.

I’ve had many Mercedes-Benz models over the years, including AMG’s and the GLS 450 a wheel drive with 23 inch wheels makes this car track like a race car. Out of all the Mercedes-Benz models this is the best one you’ve ever had. The second row seats reclining just like the front row seats privacy shades and the third row comes in handy when needed plenty of cargo space for all those trips to the airport to pick up family and friends. It gets great gas mileage then other SUVs and it doesn’t look like a box like it’s competition. I had the dealer put the Mercedes-Benz standup medallion on the hood even though it has a huge Mercedes-Benz insignia on the front. I just like to see the stand up Star medallion from the driver seat guide me down the road..
