I purchased a new GLE 350 in May but unfortunately in June I was hit from behind by a truck that total my new GLE (only 652 miles on the vehicle). After settling up with the insurance I went right back to Gary Feldman to see if he could find me another GLE 350 with the options I had on my previous GLE. Within a day he found me a new GLE with everything I wanted on it. I wasn't planning on buying that particular day, but Jenine was quick enough to understand my exact requirements and she gave me a deal which had everything I looked for. The whole process was fast, painless and easy from trading in my old car, to getting my lease approved, to getting the paperwork in order and finally driving out of the showroom with my brand new GLB 250 SUV. Also not to forget the team followed full covid precautionary measures from wearing face masks to maintaining 6 feet distance to wipping down steering wheel with disinfectant after car evaluation to finally having a glass shield separator in the finance manager room. I had a beautiful client experience. When I walked in the door of the dealership, I asked for an African-American sales person. The gigantic surprise is that not only was I directed to an African-American in sales, but the sales person also happened to be a woman: Mrs. Jenine Parham. BINGO! Double-Minority in sales, a domain dominated by Caucasian Men. Jenine is not window dressing; she is EXCELLENT! Jenine treated me like royalty. Jenine determined my purchase criteria and immediately identified two vehicles that checked all of my boxes. She responded to all of my questions and concerns, no matter how relevant, or not! No detail was too small for Jenine to address and resolve. She is intelligent and had product knowledge. If she did not have an answer, Jenine quickly found one through research or escalation. I may not have gotten everything I wanted in the vehicle of my choice, including a lower price-point, but I felt that Jenine and her team struggled to meet me half-way with a sufficient compromise for my asks. In the end, I basked in a heightened sense of happy accomplishment -- and relief -- as I drove my vehicle off the lot with a smile on my face and a skip in my heart.

Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).

The service advisor Jarred was especially helpful. the service was performed quickly, the vehicle was in perfect condition when returned and was so clean inside and out that it almost looked new. This is a really great service department.

Absolutely love my 2022 GL E3 50. I have the AMG exterior Effects and I love the looks. Super responsive power and hand handling. Also love the dash and the interior lighting options. Absolutely love everything about the car except for that you have to use premium fuel. But I still highly recommend it

Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

Absolutely love the exterior styling of the sedan. There have been no problems and it’s only been to the dealer twice for software recalls. Biggest problem is rear visibility. Never back up unless you have a big area and nothing to hit. However, it will warn you before you hit something. This is a problem at charging stations.
