I am an Auto Dealer in So.Oregon and the Mrs. has had hers since 2008 with 20k miles on it. I regularly do my own maint. on the Beast such as Plugs , Air filters, Cabin Air filters, ect...... There is misconception about Expensive Repairs on them, Just like every relationship you must maintain them otherwise they will cost You dearly. Parts are just as comparable to any import. Our MBZ 450GL has almost 200k only thing I had to do and that is Today replace Water Pump and a couple window switches keep coming off but truly a sound vehicle all & all.

Bought this 9/2020. Looked high and low. Found it at a large well known dealership.It was a low milage lease turn in they bought at auction.Excellent vehicle.We have owned Mercedes for 40 years. Always gotten good service from them. An average of 10 years per car. Saved some 2K after reading many "how to buy" on you tube. Rehearse ,rehearse your approach and how to deal with the seller, its worth it. Only drawback is no spare. I bought one and dumped the "run flat" tires- very harsh ride with them.

I purchased a 2017 GLE 350 with 27,000 miles on it the SUV is a dream come true, you can't get a more quiet or smoother ride in an SUV. Has every option in the you can get even self parking. Just sold mine after owning it for eight plus years. While I loved the looks of the SLK and I did enjoy owning and driving it, I was never that crazy about the spartan interior. For a Mercedes that cost $40K new, I thought it was rather plain Jane. I also wasn't happy with things like the door panels delaminating, the dash finish scaling off and probably most of all, the dang roof...I expected better from a Mercedes Benz. The roof went kaput three times while I owned the car and I got sick of the bother and the cost to deal with it. I would have also hoped it would hold its value better. I sold it rather cheap despite having put thousands into it. It's a cool little hardtop convertible but if you buy one, beware...be prepared to sink some $ into it.

I purchased the 2026 GLE 450 for my birthday. Brenden Fretz was my sales associate and he was so nice and helpful . Extremely knowledgeable and went over and beyond to show me all the vehicles I was interested in. He even drove to another lot to pick up the GLA 300 so I could look at it. TLDR: A great no pressure place to buy a new Toyota. A fantastic stress free experience purchasing my 2024 Toyota Prius XLE and trading in my 2014 Ford Focus. My car sales associate was Dulane Barnes who acted professionally throughout the whole process. He did not give me any round about talk and always was straight to the point with no pressure and always provided me with additional options when one wasn't available. He was very respectful of my time going above and beyond to provide me transportation after trading in my Ford. I was given a fair trade in value for my Ford and was provided quotes from three different sources to explain the number given. Mr. Barnes was professional and personable throughout the whole process and it is appreciated. Sean was my finance associate for the process. He was also very professional, took the time to explain all options, provided me quickly with my temporary tags & registration, and did not pressure me to purchase any additional plans. I had Jazzmine as my customer service representative who acted as quality control. She was very professional and courteous when inquiring about the process I went through to ensure that I had a good experience and what could have been done to improve it. The only recommendation I have, it's not really feasible, would be a snack/small meal (not vending machine) for those who are present more than four hours within the store. BEST CAR WHAT WE HAD !!! It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. I'm a big guy, 6'3" and big-boned, with two younger children that require car seats. There is still some room behind me with the seat backed up all of the way. The features and smart key are a nice touch.

I took my car for a recall at Mercedes Benz Silver Spring , all the employees were very professional. I was provided with a car at the cost of the dealership. I was able to go to work. This SUV looks very cute, drives extremely well, highly maneuverable, very stable, and is easy to park anywhere. Its interior is fabulous. It remains stable in cross winds and in tight corners.

Let me start with the c300 4MATIC is amazing has enough power to feel it and does good on gas I’ve owned mine since 2020 and have aftermarket parts on it and hasn’t gave me a not one big issue love this car 🫶

There are not enough stars in the rating system for Mini of Towson and Mike Edwards! The entire buying process was amazing. Super fast, courteous, and every detail covered with thoughtfulness. Surprisingly an excellent value for sports car. Bought mine used and quality is still intact. The reliability has proven to be very good. A fun DIY car that is easy to work on. Parts are priced reasonably well and readily available. The Mercedes roadability is the true fun factor. Classic Mercedes styling, being a unique hardtop convertible, and name, will win many over now in and in the future.

I am still driving this car after 11 years. I spent about $2200 on average per year to fix or replace this thing. Still drives good, far more expensive that I would like it to be.
