Marko Baxter was an amazing resource in helping us purchase our 2020 sprinter van. We are located in California and placed a lot of trust in the dealership, considering we bought the van site unseen. He was extremely responsive and assured us of the process. Julie Budwig expedited the paperwork and helped with getting finances arranged. The shipping company Marko recommended got the van to us in under two days. When the van arrived we were very pleased. There were a couple minor issues that needed repair and both Marko and Aaron Pfeifer in the service department worked with us and our dealership in California. We are so pleasantly surprised with how smooth of a process this was and how professional and trustworthy the people at Zimbrick are. Makes us want to move to Wisconsin (or at least visit)!

Armand did a bang-up job. Truck was delivered as viewed on-line. No surprises when signing paperwork remotely. There was a floor mat missing when delivered. I sent an email to Armand and I had the missing mat in days. 5 STAR approval!

You may correctly guess that this was and will always be my perfect car. It was everything I ever wanted in a car - comfort, style, reliability. To me, it was my introduction to driving a car beyond the everyday experience. The only thing that separated us was someone running a red light and even that proved the safety factor in this car. I went there with my son last Friday after we left the Lexus dealership nearby. We were helped by a young man named Marco Damiani, and I thought that he did an excellent job of making us feel comfortable and showing us what we were looking for we went on a test drive of a couple vehicles. I have a 2018 E400 Cabriolet. It is a great car. We use this car for the summer and for driving vacations. Mileage is very good,30mpg on the highway. Can not stress the comfort enough great road car, smooth ride, quiet, great handling, and cornering. Very nice styling and beautiful interior great sound system, heads up display, virtual dash is customizable with many options. A real pleasure to own and drive. a pleasure to drive.

Basically your owning a car with features of $120,000 back then. Comfortable ride luxurious. The sound system is on point. And the power is there if you need it.

Dollar for dollar this is the best car that money can buy. A 3 year old MB Certified car with around 30,000 miles is the way to go. The price will be about 50% of original MSRP so you save about $50,000. I suggest 4 MATIC and AMG trim package. I 've owned other MB's, high end Jaguars, BMW's, Volvo's, VW's and several American cars, new and used. This is the best.

We had some maintenance work done on our Odyssey, and Cheryl took amazing care of us. Some of the parts they needed wouldn't be available until the next day, so the van had to stay an additional night. After the van was completed, Cheryl came in on her day off to complete some of the paperwork to finish our visit. After we decided that we could leave the van an additional night and pick it up the next morning instead, Cheryl offered, quite literally, to go out of her way to pick me up on her way in to work so I didn't need to bring the family out on a cold morning.
