Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).

I have the 4matic. Car handles very well. Very comfortable and gives you options on how you want to perform (ex TURBO etc). I like the fact you can connect your phone to the car so it will notify you if you left your car unlocked. There's alot of nice features

This suv is really a truck. It handles well and is very comfortable. If you like the sound of your engine without adding a lot of mufflers and stuff, this is the car for you. I love the sound of the gear changing, even turning a corner. It has style and makes you proud to be seen in it.

I've been getting all of the routine service on my 2016 Jeep Patriot done here since I bought it new (from a different dealership in a distant city) and have never been disappointed. Staff have all been great and have never had any issues. Free coffee while waiting and a decent waiting room too. They even have a cell phone charger in the waiting room, which I had to make use of on my most recent visit.

I am 79 years old grandmother and climbing up and into this auto is amazing. Good thing for a lotta traffic cause speeding isn't a problem, this car talks to you, come on lady give me some gas. I had 04 Tuareg vw, steering column died, no replacement. So, I am a Mercedes Lady now. So far, it's good. My auto is black with black interior.

I purchased my 2017 ram 2500 from kar-Mart in Burlington and got sick of them lying about services that needed to be done and not taking responsibility for what they had previously done improperly. My truck recently came down with a bad ICU for the traction control and it would intermittently come on and off. I called around to all of the dealers and nobody said there's a fix yet except Steven at Marysville rairdon. He got me in very promptly and fixed the problem so far so good. Even corporate Chrysler said there is no fix but the new ICU would work for a year or two and they would reimburse me the cost of the repair which came to almost $1,300. We'll see how that goes but Steven called me and told me my brakes pads in the front were very low and falling apart. I've been a professional mechanic for a year and have always taken care of my vehicles myself for many years. I told him I wanted to see the parts because I remember looking at the driver's side pads and they looked just fine. When I got there they showed me the parts and the passenger side pad was very low and falling apart because my caliper was hanging up. That made absolute sense because I kept hearing random break noises on the right side and I only looked at the driver's side pads in the front which still looked fine. I am very happy with the communication and overall work from the Marysville crew. I have found my new dealer that I actually believe I can trust unlike kar-Mart which no longer operates service on the weekends. The only thing I don't like about the Marysville dealer is that they won't bring me home because I'm just outside of their mileage limit but other than that Steven worked with me very well to find a time that worked for both of us. Steven in service made me feel like I was dealing with a close friend and that is very hard to find in this industry!! Responsive however lack of 2 keys on a rare special car not being noted and significant stone chips also not mentioned in the description not great. With those hits no movement on price on an overpriced vehicle no surprise they reached out later offering a lower price. Too late closed on a much nicer specimen for less. One plus $200 dealer fees was excellent and fair.

I leased this car initially after having leased a GT Coupe for 3 years and needed a larger car for expanding family. I recently bought it out of the lease because I truly can’t imagine a better car in its class. It’s exhilarating to drive even in my 4th year of ownership. It looks imposing but not flashy, it sounds excellent (though admittedly the coupe sounded more muscle car like which I loved), is extremely fast and capable yet also very comfortable when you want to relax. Loaded with technology, large trunk that can easily fit two international check in luggage, massaging seats, great bolstering/support. Plus all wheel drive so car be a great all season car if you live somewhere with rain/snow, just make sure you swap the tires for winter ones as the Michelin pilot sport cup 2s are slippery in those conditions. If you’re looking for something that does it all and has supercar performance, this is a tremendous (in my view, best) option. I own a land rover defender 90 first edition, Ram 1500 limited, and Ferrari 599 gtb. This is my daily driver as it does everything the other three do (even faster than the Ferrari in fact) apart from hauling my bullmastiff, which I always use the ram for (though he used to ride in this GT when he was still a puppy). Anyways, don’t hesitate, this car is perfection.
