Hats off to Drake and the service team at PP in Boise. Had extra time on a drive from OR to NV - called PP on the way in to see if they could squeeze in a quick wash to clean the thick wall of bugs caked on the front of my car. Drake worked with the team to create space - we were in and out in less than an hour - during which we grabbed a fabulous burger at the Golden Wheel Drive In next door. It is so good, i had to buy two of them, and yes they're very pricy. Once you drive it, once you feel it, you won't have second thoughts. No SUV comes even close to it. Design ,quality ,comfort ,sportiness ,craftsmanship, unique vehicle, never bored. Enough said

I called ahead to ask my sales associate, Jon Pollock, to hold a newly advertised certified Q7 for 4 hours while I drove from Portland to Seattle. Jon went out of his way to accommodate me and assured me the car would be waiting. He was friendly, engaging, and absolutely knowledgeable about the product he sales. During the test drive, I was given a brief summary of the features the car had and after returning to the dealership, I was given a more detailed explanation of the Q7’s amenities. The price was more than fair, the car was better than advertised, and financing got an interest rate for me that was lower than my own credit union offered. I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. I found the car I wanted was priced right compared to KBB and other listings with private and dealer sales. After I decided to purchase the car, I was out of there within 1 hour.

I live in Montana so I was talked to multiple MB dealerships in the Region and MB Lynnwood were the nicest and most helpful out of all of them. Andy & Jesse are great. I've been a Mercedes guy for almost 2 decades and this was the best buying experience thus far.....also, I usually don't leave reviews if that tells you something

This suv is really a truck. It handles well and is very comfortable. If you like the sound of your engine without adding a lot of mufflers and stuff, this is the car for you. I love the sound of the gear changing, even turning a corner. It has style and makes you proud to be seen in it.

First, I'd like to say I'll never buy from a dealer (other than CarMax) again. This process was painless and positive. If you go to Renton - ask for TYSON - he was great. Laid back, informative, and what I value most - not pushy or slick. I told him some of the things I wanted in a car and he came up with the perfect choice for me. The signing took about 30 minutes and I was done. They filled up the tank - put a pretty bow on the car when I picked it up - and generally made me feel important and valued. I can't recommend this company enough!

Pat was the easiest to work with! I called and told him about the car I was interested in and ask if he can do most of the leg work before I drove up to see because I was serious about the purchase and it was a bit of a drive. He took care of most of the paper work over the phone and had me in and out the next day in no time. Would recommend to anyone!

I purchased my last four cars from Infinity. I purchased a new QX60 last year and I have asked twice to have someone come to my home and teach me all the functions of the car. Like programming your garage opener, etc. Twice they said they would get back to me and twice I've heard nothing.

I have the 4matic. Car handles very well. Very comfortable and gives you options on how you want to perform (ex TURBO etc). I like the fact you can connect your phone to the car so it will notify you if you left your car unlocked. There's alot of nice features

I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year

We purchased the car with 14K miles on it and we're loving it! The performance is out of this world and we're constantly getting compliments on the exterior of the car. We've had a couple of minor warranty issues, hence, my 4 vs. 5 stars for "Reliability." We flew down to LA and drove the car back to Northern CA and the comfort level was great...and although we tested the power and speed, we made it back without a ticket! We would buy this car again in a heartbeat!

This SUV looks very cute, drives extremely well, highly maneuverable, very stable, and is easy to park anywhere. Its interior is fabulous. It remains stable in cross winds and in tight corners.

Best Mercedes I have ever owned. Accept for normal maintenance the car has never had a service call. The Brigstone tires that came with the were terrible. Only got 20,000 miles out of them.
