It was a bit rocky in the beginning, but we've had to take our Tesla in and out of the shop since we received it. However, "JOHN" in the service department has been amazing so far! We're currently waiting on a tire and wheel alignment once we get the car back from Tesla. I would highly recommend this dealership without hesitation! Owning this car, and drives like rocket with F1 turbo tech and 4CYL. Engine difference is just surprising. Love the steering and looking forward to upgrade to 21' rims and apply upgrades.

2013 C350 RWD, AMG Performance and Handling package. 108,000 miles. Bought this car in '16 with 40,000 Miles. It continues to serve me well. The one major problem has been an anti-theft ignition switch that only the dealer can fix. Cost 2k to fix. This is the only repaired I've needed. I have had all scheduled maintenance done, Runs quite well, and still has great performance. Handling is the best.

Like no other experience ever! Was greeted and made to feel at home by a lovely young woman who got a salesman named Dave to assist me with the purchase. Never once was I concerned with how much they were charging me,,why?because the vibe was genuine, honest ,just a down to earth regular guy .whatever he said he would do ,he did ,no B.S. whatsoever. Just sold mine after owning it for eight plus years. While I loved the looks of the SLK and I did enjoy owning and driving it, I was never that crazy about the spartan interior. For a Mercedes that cost $40K new, I thought it was rather plain Jane. I also wasn't happy with things like the door panels delaminating, the dash finish scaling off and probably most of all, the dang roof...I expected better from a Mercedes Benz. The roof went kaput three times while I owned the car and I got sick of the bother and the cost to deal with it. I would have also hoped it would hold its value better. I sold it rather cheap despite having put thousands into it. It's a cool little hardtop convertible but if you buy one, beware...be prepared to sink some $ into it.

They also got me a very competitive car loan at a great rate! When I picked up the car it was beautifully detailed and although the car is a 2018 it looks like it came off the showroom floor and drives that way too

We bought this car for my wife in 2020 at the edge of the pandemic. It had 55K km at the time and we now have 190K km. We have done the usual necessary maintenance services and it has been excellent and still is a great car for the value. I love it and particularly enjoy the diesel economical driving. Too bad Mercedes stopped making it.

Been using this dealer since I moved to the area in Nov 2015 to service my TSX Sportwagen. Very friendly service dept. The service dept is always straightforward and up front with me and also doesnt recommend service work that isn't needed. The only issue I've had which really is not in their control is my passenger airbag is under the Takata air bag recall but they don't have the part for it and can't get any date from Acura for it. I ended up trading my car for this reason and because I wanted an all wheel drive. Mr James Merrill worked with me on a used RDX and then a used MDX which I ended up buying. I also traded in my TSX Sportwagen. Got a decent price not what I ultimately wanted but they made some compromises. James is a great sales guy, low pressure, easy to work with and thorough, answered all of my questions was straightforward and honest throughout the process. Brian Savo handled the initial paperwork and Brian Shepard handled the final paperwork and was very efficient friendly and had a sense of humor. I highly recommend both of them and this dealership for sales and service.

Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).

I have a large family and love this van however I wanted a 2016 with low miles because i did not want the high top. This is my every day van because I have a six kids and I love it . It drives like a minivan and is my favorite car ever! I the dealership we bought from was ... ok .

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

Took my 2015 SL400 in to correct a faulty trouble signal. Vehicle was taken right in and was promptly hooked up with a loaner. The issue was resolved by the end of the day and I picked it up next day. It all went smoothly.

I have owned my 2017 E 300 for 5 years. It has been the finest car I have ever own. It is enjoyable to drive. It's a baby S class. I searched and purchased the 2017 e300 with P3 package. The lane keeping assist is the most advance in 2017. The engine is a 4 cylinder but it handles like a V-6. This car is leader for luxury, driving and durability.
