Request for oil change and tire rotation due to mileage requirements. Also, requested to check both key remotes to clear message on the display panel. All requests were completed in a before promised time. The consultant also checked for recalls discovered that my vehicle was required to have a adjusted download to address the brake recall concern issue. The consultant professional service knowledge made the experience a excellent job of keeping me informed and to address my service repair issues!

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

Good experience doing the trade. Also service after the sake. Returning to give them the title for my trade in and the engine icon came on with less than 100 miles after the purchase. When I told them Oliver didn't hesitate and told me to go to service. Just a small hiccup that didn't come up when the car was being checked over for the sell lot. Part is coming maybe in a couple days and we should be good to go. Can't say thank you enough. From the great sales lady Carniche to the service area we feel like we made a good deal.

Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).

I have owned glc300 AMG line for two years and I have positive things to say about it. Only critiques I have of this vehicle are the lack of more screens as there are still analogue speedometers on these year model. Interior could also be of higher quality materials. Rear is good

This suv is really a truck. It handles well and is very comfortable. If you like the sound of your engine without adding a lot of mufflers and stuff, this is the car for you. I love the sound of the gear changing, even turning a corner. It has style and makes you proud to be seen in it.

If the above has an extended warranty through Mercedes Benz dealership then you won't have any problems. This warranty usually cost the original owner $3,500 dollars.

I purchased my MB certified 2019 GLE400 two years ago and have driven 30K miles with no issues. I have owned several SUVs - Audi & Toyota Landcruisers; the 400 is by far the best. Very comfortable ride, excellent handling, acceleration, smooth braking & quiet. 17-18 around town; 25-27 highway. It takes a learning curve for the entertainment center but afterwards very easy. Above all - I feel safe driving my family. MB for life!!

Took my 335i in for repair after I hit a deer that did severe damage to the front end. The quality of the repairs and time required to complete the work were all of what I expected and more from a certified BMW service department.

This SUV looks very cute, drives extremely well, highly maneuverable, very stable, and is easy to park anywhere. Its interior is fabulous. It remains stable in cross winds and in tight corners.

I was in the market for the best 2001 Lexus ES 300 available in the US. BMW of Little Rock actually had the perfect one for me. My Sales Consultant Tonya Cashion went above and beyond by taking 25 detailed photos of this vehicle and sending them to me. This was necessary because I live in Illinois and I was unable to make the commute to the dealership. Communication was fantastic and all of my questions about the vehicle and purchasing process by phone, email, and mail were addressed. This dealership actually does what they say they're going to do even when a customer is buying from another State. Based on my experience, BMW of Little Rock should be a poster child for exceptional customer service. After the paperwork was completed I was unable to pick the vehicle up. I used a transport service to pickup and deliver the vehicle to my work in Illinois. Tonya called me and notified once the transport service arrived and was loading my vehicle on the car carrier. When the vehicle arrived it looked just like the photos did. The vehicle was detailed inside and out including the engine bay. The vehicle even arrived with a full tank of gas! This is uncommon when buying a used vehicle. I was impressed by the extra mile that BMW goes to satisfy their customers. I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year
