Today, purchased the 2013 Nissan Juke, 112,600 mile for $9,995 today. It will be ready Wednesday or Thursday this coming week. My sales person Amy was excellent. She knew I had a firm budget (retired) and she found two great vehicles to test. The Jeep I could have taken home today with less milage... a little older, however, Jeep mph versus the Juke..., Nissan won even with higher mileage. So far, I'm "a HAPPY CAMPER"! I can't foresee any problems from now until pick-up. So, I'd say, if you need a reliable used car, Amy is knowledgeable and, in spite of the packed waiting room with eager customers, we were never abandoned. Note; yes, the sales people had to multi-task at times. Understand, at these reduced prices, compared to any dealerships for used cars... Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).

Really enjoyed this car buying experience. When the car started acting up they were all over it and fo t it to a Ford dealership for diagnostics. Literally refused to let them send the car back until they were satisfied that my car is tip top. Can't say enough about Dave in sales, Phil their awesome mechanic who advocated for me like it was his own car. Then the GM met with me to talk about the experience and stand behind the car if the same problem recurs. Jessica at the desk made a rough week much nicer. My 2 honest cents. Just bought the 2024 GLS 450 and it has a huge presence on road and it looks stunning! I went with the AMG exterior package and it looks way better than the base model. Ride quality is good, very smooth ride on freeways but you do feel small bumps on occasional city roads. The engine is good but I wish it had a bit more power, feels little laggy at low speeds but when you floor it it moves fast and steering is very responsive. On the other hand, cabin very silent tho and you barely get to hear road noise (without acoustic package). The Mileage is incredible on this, wasn't expecting to write about it but the GLS gives better mileage than my GLC. Interiors are amazing and is something no other manufacturer in this segment can match (especially at night with ambient lights), seats are super comfy and the infotainment screens are also crisp. Overall, love this SUV and i'm gonna keep it for a while.

Alex excellent salesperson very patience and honest. The dealership is another story, if your looking for a reasonable price this is the dealership for you, they get cars from Auction so no idea about the history of the car, they get checked when you already signed for the As- is purchase, don't go there on a weekend, if you have patience, wants a bargain, (non negotiable deals)time, and good mechanic this is a place to go, got lucky with Alex very accommodating and great salesman

This is my 3rd Benz. It is my favorite of them all. 1st was an e-class sedan, very nice, 2nd was e-class convertible, now the suv. I am a big guy 6-2, 280 and I have plenty of room. I have have not had one problem at all. It is very roomy, even for me. It has very good power, especially for the size and weight..over 4600 lbs. That also makes me feel very safe. And when I go on the Highway from DC to NY I always get over 23 mpg!!

on 3/3/2021All of what my Used Land Range Rover needed was performed with Great precision I would have damage my vehicle if the facility system were not functioning appropriately . I found out upon entering the facility that my car needed a alignment both front and back, And the service director Michael Laurie and Paul Cardoso did a wonderful Job with seeing that safety and customer satisfaction with regards to the service requested I'm Very HAPPY!

Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

Good place to buy a first car. Don’t buy a luxury item or anything collectible. The the inventory doesn’t turn super fast so every single car will likely need a rotor resurfacing. They had family guy on the tv which I thought was odd for a dealership. Not really dealership vibes, which is good!
