After 40 years of driving pick-up trucks,we decided to try one of these and we are stoked. It handles great , gets great gas milege holds alot of cargo and is comfortabe to drive. Because we live in a world of max advertising, we were not sure what we were going to get. First we thought the dealership would not be reputable because they are not part of the big dealerships. We were wrong with the great no pressure buying experience, selling the car no more than what we offered even though we were in a compromising negotiating position, honored another customer by taking their offer before us because they called in first (we didn't like this selfishly, but it is very honorable) and they fixed everything we asked for in the purchase. It was an experience we have always wished dealers would be, and we will be a lifetime customer because of it. Second, we thought this dealership would treat us lower because we were only buying a conventional newer model Jeep Cherokee. The moment you walk in, looks like an exotic car dream! From Lamborgini and Ferraris to supped up off road Jeeps, to classic cars detailed to original parts, and to conventional Jeeps, Mercedes or everyday cars. They offered all types of cars, have treated us with great respect even though we didn't buy the most expensive car, and offers service to purchase/sell and negotiate any car we want in the country for our future purchases or sale. Again, this dealer sells Ferraris. So, to get this service at a conventional price point is great. Highly recommend this dealer. Hate to sound cliche, but this dealer was pressure free, honorable, and have great customer service. A true gem in the car buying and selling experience!

Ok so I’ve been in the market for a vehicle for some time now. Been to countless dealerships and they are all the same make you wait and Wasted my time week after week until we came here and talked to Malcolm. When I say this man means business I mean he went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. If you are reading this review you, most likely are doing the same as I was a few weeks ago. I apologize in advance for the length of my review. But feel it is important and no, neither me or my daughter are associated with any dealership in this review except as a buyer. My oldest daughter was looking for a quality smaller ( my words not hers) suv. We looked at many pictures and read many articles, looked at specs, features and reviews she settled on 3 models by 3 different manufacturers. Next step was to physically sit in and drive all 3. We eliminated the first and went to the 2nd dealer. The salesperson at second dealership didn’t know their inventory. Sales actually said he didn’t think they had the model my daughter wanted to test drive. We pointed out two on the property and their reply was, “I thought that one was sold and I forgot about that one? I will go see if I can get keys?” His knowledge seemed very limited. He didn’t ask many questions. We like the car however, we did not feel comfortable with this dealership. On to the 3rd dealership. We asked the salesperson if they had a specific model in stock? Their reply was “we only have one” We said great, can we test drive it? next question was….Are you serious about buying one because I have to get it out of the showroom?” After hearing those words I wanted to just leave but my daughter wanted to sit in it and drive this specific model as we came from Tempe and Gilbert. My daughter opened her little purse, whipped out a business card from the dealership across the street said “well….. it’s between your model and a model across the street” the salesperson got the car but would not allow us to take it on the freeway. We wanted to evaluate freeway noise. The salesperson never asked our names and had limited small talk and told my daughter about 2 option on this specific model. The model was not the right fit but part of that could be the representation. Perhaps the last 2 dealerships felt as if my daughter wasn’t a true buyer, however, if that was the case they could of asked a few simple qualifying questions and perhaps make a judgment but they didn’t. This leads me to Mercedes Benz of Gilbert. My daughter wanted me to look at some specific versions of the model she wanted. She talked to a lady named Felice. Felice actually returned my daughters call listened to my daughters wants, needs and desires and made suggestions and my daughter made a appointment for a Friday.To meet withFelice. She was by far the most knowledgeable of all the sales advisers we had met. She asked questions to make sure we all were on the same page. I for one appreciate this as I do not like wasting my time going in a wrong direction, especially on a Friday. Felice was not only knowledgeable but appeared to be friendly and sincere. We found the car that spoke to my daughter ( her words). Felice asked good qualifying questions of which my daughter had no problem or hesitation answering. We came to a meeting of the minds. I have bought more cars than I can remember, of very different varieties but I need to say, so far this was a feel good comfortable buy. Next step was paper work, ok.. I honestly thought this was going to be where the deal could go sideways, we went to the office of a man named Claudio. He explained different option my daughter could purchase or not. He explained in a no nonsense way. Some absolutely made sense others not so much for this specific Mercedes Benz. He wasn’t pushy or arrogant he simply explained the features and benefits of the options. I have walked out more than once at this stage especially when I was young and I would need financing. But everything we were told by Felice was said by Claudio. In summary this is a well organized, friendly business one I will highly recommend to my family and friends Great experience!

This vehicle is very fun to drive for a commercial service vehicle. It is very sharp and handles very well. We love the cameras for backing up and parking. 360 degree view around the vehicle. This will be much safer than our RAM.

I seek it out. Since the corona virus hit, there were very little inventory on new ones. I looke3d around and to no avail. One dealer called me and said that she has a 2019 Metris with only under 400 miles that they use for customers to drive around the lot. I liked it because it fits my needs. I gave up a 2016 GMC Sierra Denali 1500 truck for it. I miss my big boy but no regrets.

Has been great I have the 4x4 3500 and have converted to a camper. Driving easy (not lead foot) I constantly get 18 -18.5 mpg highway It tows 7500 as i have the trailer package and weight distribution hitch set up. It has been converted to a camper with bathroom (flushing toilet and shower) kitchen, double bed etc. Has had no problem in home state of WI with even a foot of snow and even Colorado mountains summer or winter . I travel as a relief veterinarian working out of it in many states.

Reliable, flexible, low maintenance, solid build, never had issues, comfortable to drive, flexible inside with numerous conversion possible between contractor work and camper. Great Radio system with easy use of cell-phone hand free. Great GPS. Keep value high and never dies.

I bought this 2500 3 years ago with the intention of building out a simple RV for regular and stealth camping. It did not work out due to bed height but what a great vehicle. This is designed for heavy use and for a personal owner, should last generations. The power is excellent, especially considering the MPG: 20-25 MPG in real world use. The handling is also surprisingly good, I've actually passed rental cars on windy roads. The view is beautiful and it is built in Germany and very well. It is not a wonderful tow vehicle as it is not body-on-frame but is rated for 5000#. So you could tow some toys or a small trailer quite easily. These are pretty stripped with only original equipment and there are few of these. You really do want the rear camera and some other stuff. Like other German vehicles, it adds up. When it comes to maint, this bus is the bomb, the oil change is easier than a motorcycle. Get the 4 cyl.
