I cannot recommend united motors enough. I bought a used Subaru crosstrek from them, and they gave me the best price I had seen anywhere. I bought the Mercedes e500 for a good deal with 112,000 miles. put a new battery in the back it has power but the engine won’t turn on any idea what it might be?

I bought this car while driving my 3rd Lexux LS-series and having owned the one Lexus GS400. I love this car after nine years of ownership. We even purchased the self-same 1999 S320 when he eventually saw my positive experience with it. Mercedes Benz, however, has abandoned this car and its current owners by seizing to make available the chip for any future ignition keys. If you lose your last one, my local Colorado dealership quoted me +/- $10,000 in labor to dismantle the dash, etc., to provide a new ignition.

I truly hope this reaches as many eyes as possible and to whoever that may be reading the reviews trying to find out if this car dealership is legitimate or not. Before I get into my review, I first want to say that I have read ALL the reviews on this dealership (and I'm ONLY going to speak on THIS dealership) and one of the things that I have noticed is that when reading negative reviews, you really have to take it with a grain of salt because people these days when reviewing can be full of $#&! People are either unaccountable, have very poor communication, or blame the dealership for things that are either out of their control or things they didn't promise. And quite frankly, most of these bad reviews do not even add up or make sense. If a vehicle was fine when you bought it, then some months down the road something happens, you cannot write a bad review & blame the dealership for selling you a lemon. That is NOT a lemon. This is a used car, 'as is' dealership. Do your due diligence. Crazy thing is that if there is a problem, they will actually work with you to fix it so you can buy with confidence. My point is, the negative reviews in this case are xx. I don't know what kind of problem people have for the guys at United Motors (maybe it's because they're foreigners and have accents when speaking English), but it's childish and unacceptable. No, I'm not paid to say these things. I don't know these people like that. But I am trying to rightfully restore the undeserving somewhat negative reputation of this dealership. Now onto my review, I bought a 2019 Audi A8L from them and I'm out of state in Missouri. When I first saw the listing, I instantly fell in love with the car. I called and instantly spoke to John. By the way, every single time that I have called, emailed or texted John has always ALWAYS answered the phone or responded the same day. Whatever paperwork I've needed, various information from Audi, warrantees , stuff for bank etc, John was ALWAYS on top of everything and has always delivered in a very timely manner. After the logistics were done, I flew into Denver. I finally met John and Alex, which was a great pleasure, as they were some of the kindest and down to earth individuals I've ever met. Speaking of how they treated me, maybe they were kind to me, because I was also kind to them. Imagine that. People treat you how you treat them. Anyways, I saw the car and test drove it. It was everything they said it was. I paid, and drove it directly home 9 hours to Missouri. Boom, done. Are they perfect? No. The dealership is small which is fine but customer parking is confusing with all the cars around. However, the cars are as they advertise and they are excellent people. Prices were very fair, fees were minimal and they were honest. John and Alex, thank you for an unforgettable experience at United Motors. I would DEFINITELY buy from them and drive 9 hours home again.

BEST CAR WHAT WE HAD !!! It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. I'm a big guy, 6'3" and big-boned, with two younger children that require car seats. There is still some room behind me with the seat backed up all of the way. The features and smart key are a nice touch.

I have owned my 2017 E 300 for 5 years. It has been the finest car I have ever own. It is enjoyable to drive. It's a baby S class. I searched and purchased the 2017 e300 with P3 package. The lane keeping assist is the most advance in 2017. The engine is a 4 cylinder but it handles like a V-6. This car is leader for luxury, driving and durability.

This has been my 5th MB, and is one of my favorites to date. It is an E400 4-matic coupe. Looks great, and even though 6 years old, most people think it is new. performance is not track-worthy but perfect for touring and everyday driving. Has been bulletproof mechanically and i consistently get 22-24 mpg average with spirited driving. Having the old screen is cumbersome, but I'm sure they have fixed it with newer models.

The 2012 used ml350 Bluetec that I purchased is a dream to drive. The small turning radius makes u-turns carefree. The Diesel engine purrs as quietly as a gas engine. It’s the 10th Mercedes that I’ve had, and the 2nd diesel. I plan on driving this car for many more years. It’s an Arizona car, 8 years old,and still like new. 61,000 miles and lots of life left.

I ordered from this dealer, even though it's 45 miles from me because the sale rep knew the Mach-E very well and had a car I could drive. Ford dealers closer to me were clueless if not down right stupid when it came to the full electric Mach-E. A few glitches on the delivery but over all a very good job by the sales person Brandon. Great car, terrible dealers and maintenance costs. I have had two GLA vehicles, a 2016 GLA45 AMG and this one a 2018 GLA 250 AWD. I have a love-hate relationship. The car itself is really enjoyable and the 208hp dual clutch drive train is nearly perfect in my mind for sporty but efficient driving. It has good acceleration, little to no lag and I can consistently hit the high 30’s for mileage in the mountains of Colorado. I have gotten 38mpg over a 250 mile trip. It is mid 20’s around town which is good because you need premium gas. The storage areas are small-ish and funky but doable and has two USB ports in the center console with no grooves for the cables but they will pass through. I recommend blind spot detection as a must because the side mirrors have a large blind spot you cannot dial out. The car runs very smoothly, absorbs bumps well and decent sound proofing for this size. The power lift gates, keyless doors on all four doors just touching the handles is perhaps my favorite comfort feature. It drives like a car so if you like high SUV seating positions this is not for you. Air works great, electronics are kind of odd for 2018 so having Apple Car Play is a must in my mind if you are buying used. I really love the car for it’s details, lovely interior and performance and can recommend it to others based on those things. The huge negative for Mercedes is they are hands down the worst dealerships and I interacted with three. They do all the classic dealer tricks and the maintenance costs on a car running perfectly fine will make you bleed. An A service (odd years) was $933.00 and they wisely will not tell you that till you show up. Shop around as another dealer was only about 60% of that. I just replaced a dead battery today and it was $639.00 and done in less than an hour. I would go to an independent shop for half price maintenance unless a warranty item (I have extended/CPO). In the end this makes me give up on Mercedes. Cars are wonderfully engineered and truly enjoyable and look great but dealers and everything associated suck. Yeah, I know there are probably good ones and if you don’t mind a siphon in your wallet and typical dealer tricks then you will love them and they will love you. So, 100% recommend the car and a 100% thumbs down on the dealers. Research yours carefully and if good or if you can go to an independent then jump on the car if you like sporty, elegant and fun.

Bought this 9/2020. Looked high and low. Found it at a large well known dealership.It was a low milage lease turn in they bought at auction.Excellent vehicle.We have owned Mercedes for 40 years. Always gotten good service from them. An average of 10 years per car. Saved some 2K after reading many "how to buy" on you tube. Rehearse ,rehearse your approach and how to deal with the seller, its worth it. Only drawback is no spare. I bought one and dumped the "run flat" tires- very harsh ride with them.

I bought a 2017 GLE AMG 43 coupe used in October of 2024 with 106,091 miles. First thing I did was replace all brakes, rotors, and tires. Even though I’ve had the vehicle for a few months, I haven’t had any issues whatsoever. Drove it from Michigan to South Carolina and Georgia, drove wonderfully. It was my dream car to purchase and prayerfully I hope to reach 300,000 miles in this vehicle. I just love this body style much better than the newer GLE AMG 53 coupe. The growl and cold cranks is what got me along with burps when in sport plus 🤤🤤🤤🤤 my first B3 oil change is coming up soon. I have to say I love how Mercedes has stepped up there game because my previous Mercedes C300 luxury use to always have a tire pressure light on. It use to drive me insane. I hate having any type of orange lights on my dash lol.

We bought this car for my wife in 2020 at the edge of the pandemic. It had 55K km at the time and we now have 190K km. We have done the usual necessary maintenance services and it has been excellent and still is a great car for the value. I love it and particularly enjoy the diesel economical driving. Too bad Mercedes stopped making it.
