I originally bought the Car Max warranty when I made my purchase 3 years ago. The $250 deductible was hard to swallow but it was there when I needed it. Thank you Zach for great customer care. He stood behind the warranty and gave us a loaner while our car was serviced.

I’ve had many Mercedes-Benz models over the years, including AMG’s and the GLS 450 a wheel drive with 23 inch wheels makes this car track like a race car. Out of all the Mercedes-Benz models this is the best one you’ve ever had. The second row seats reclining just like the front row seats privacy shades and the third row comes in handy when needed plenty of cargo space for all those trips to the airport to pick up family and friends. It gets great gas mileage then other SUVs and it doesn’t look like a box like it’s competition. I had the dealer put the Mercedes-Benz standup medallion on the hood even though it has a huge Mercedes-Benz insignia on the front. I just like to see the stand up Star medallion from the driver seat guide me down the road..

I DIDNT PLAN ON BUYING A NEW TRUCK BUT I WAS READY TO START LOOKING. I HAD DRIVEN BY THE DEALERSHIP THE DAY BEFORE AND SAW A TRUCK ON TEH LOT. AFTER STOPPING TO LOOK, I WAS APPROACHED BY DEE TO SEE IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS. HE SAID LET'S TAKE OT FOR A RIDE. SO WE DID AND WENT BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP TO MAKE THE PURCHASE. IT WAS SUPER EASY AND STRESS FREE AND DEE WAS SUPER INFORMATIVE ON THE TRUCK AND THE OPTIONS IT HAD. STOP BY IN YOURE LOOKING FOR A NEW TRUCK OR CAR, THE INVENTORY WAS GREAT, BUT NOWHERE AS GREAT AS THE STAFF AT CLEVELAND FORD

I love my Tucson. I've had no bad experiences with Tootie the Tucson. Minor problems are repaired as soon as the problems are presented. I take my breakfast to the service center and settle down until my car is ready. I seldom wait long.

I have the 4matic. Car handles very well. Very comfortable and gives you options on how you want to perform (ex TURBO etc). I like the fact you can connect your phone to the car so it will notify you if you left your car unlocked. There's alot of nice features

ML is one of my favorite cars of all time. my 2015 ML350, is nimble, good on gas, plenty of power, low maintenance and smooth. I truly love driving it.

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

Very smooth drive ! Definitely makes you feel like your in total control comfortably as well as confidently! I had downsized from a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited edition, & I’m not disappointed at all ! The handle on this vehicle is amazing! It really makes you feel safe while driving! My first Mercedes & now I plan to definitely remain a loyal consumer! Amazingly pleased!

I love the car so far but I’ve only had it for two weeks. I had a 2015 Equinox before getting the GLB250. I looked at the GLA and GLC, as well as other manufacturers, but really liked the GLB. I must say I was smitten with Mercedes-Benz and always wanted to own one. So my thought process was rather jaded. I got the AMG package that offered a few other options that I like as well. I was concerned about it only being a inline 4 instead of a V6 but it seems to have the pickup and drive to soften that concern. The only thing that is stupid is the easy exit seat. It does not function as to what your definition of easy exit would be. Other vehicles have what I would consider easy exit. This vehicle does not. Even the sales associate was dumbfounded by it.

It’s my 12th Mercedes, this one by far is the best. My salesman Barry Martin always takes great care with me. The C Class technology is unbelievable

Best car I’ve ever owned , very comfortable and smooth ride , great on gas . Also as long you do the proper maintenance the car will last you , had for for 3 years no problems whatsoever. Also very spacious for size. So i definitely recommend this car to family friends or whoever looking for a nice car.

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

I went to Capital Toyota with the idea of buying a new car. However, after working with Brandon Dale I decided to purchase a previously owned RAV4 Hybrid. Dale (as he goes by) was the reason! He was genuine, funny, knowledgeable and did not (I mean DID NOT) push me in any way to buy a car immediately. He had me drive the car I eventually bought and also a new one. He let me make all the decisions and was actually the nicest young man I have ever encountered at a car dealership. Car is very reliable and have driven it on long trips. in the last few years mostly local driving. Its and expensive car and you really purchase It for its contort and safety. Service has been pretty good i have owned six Mercedes over the years

He explained every detail about the Kia Seltos I eventually purchased (1st time Kia owner), and assisted with digital (media, phone, navigation) setup. 2012 C250 Coupe summer 2014 CPO purchase. Odometer read 23000 mile as I wrote a check for $2500. Now at 42,000 miles this beautiful Iridium Silver coupe has one repair issue (ESL) It's the best looking car I've ever owned. An 850 mile round trip to AZ - mostly interstate - showed 35 MPG. I rarely push the turbo 4 - - - but when I do - the car responds in a - at least to me - a satisfying manner! In addition to decent highway fuel economy and adequate low end torque the car is just plain gorgeous - inside and out.
