I visited Gene Pankey Motors after seeing some vehicles on their website that seemed interesting. There was no pressure, everyone was nice, it was a small store and they explained the care they go through to find these cars that it seems would be difficult for a "big dealership" would struggle to do when going through so much more inventory. I would normally be a little bit more skeptical about the little dealerships, especially on South Tacoma Way. They had the best interest rates around, and shopped me with all the best rates at all the credit unions in the area. After making my decision and applying for financing I was approved and able to leave in about 35 minutes to sign all the documents. It was nice not having to spend all day at a dealership. Glad I stopped by this place.

Truly great car driven it 20k miles over the year, no issues whatsoever (with proper maintenance of course). It gets Great gas mileage, some trips up to 28MPG!

i am the recent second owner from a family member that purchased new in 2013 and put 47k miles over 9 years. it is a comfortable& powerful. it has an attractive muscular design unlike all its competitors of its age as well as most now. not everyone wants a vehicle that is so similarly rounded as most the others. no wonder MB designed a boxier suv in the GLB. though the GLB is a turbo 4cyl fwd, making it less desirable imo.

The Mercedes CLK 430 Cab is one enjoyable experience that I wish other could experience. The car with the V8 has enough power and features to be enjoyable throughout the year. Maintenance is easy for a DIY, and if you limit your visits to the dealership the cost of upkeep is reasonable.

The 2012 used ml350 Bluetec that I purchased is a dream to drive. The small turning radius makes u-turns carefree. The Diesel engine purrs as quietly as a gas engine. It’s the 10th Mercedes that I’ve had, and the 2nd diesel. I plan on driving this car for many more years. It’s an Arizona car, 8 years old,and still like new. 61,000 miles and lots of life left.

I bought my 2003 mb SL500 in 2023 with 30,000 original miles. It runs excellent has a bullet proof engine and design will always be IN vogue cuz of its sleek design. I got all the previous repair receipts from original owner which is great to know the history. As with any 21 yr old car there may be repairs. I have a great MB independent repair shop called Star Motors in Gainesville Fl who really knows these cars and they fix them right and for less than a dealer. Sure thing’s can go wrong and I have found repairs about 25% more than Honda or Toyota. One has to factor in repairs no matter what. I like the 5.0 engine and one thing is they last! They ride so smooth on the wide tires on the highways and there tight steering. Bose sound system still working great afte all these years. Buy one have it inspected if your worried. There in my view great cars. Depreciated a lot since new at $100,000 out the door. So paying 15k to 20k is a bargain. You’ll love it!

Unlike most used car dealers!! I was surprized and pleased to find such a great used car seller, it's clear they are looking to build relationships and not just move cars. I wasn't a fan of buying from a used car lot until now. Smart Motorz is putting out quality used cars at good prices and most cars have a helpful free carfax. They also have good working knowledge of the cars on the lot with an onsite mechanic and free oil changes after the sale. I bought a 16 year old car that I love. The guys at Smart Motorz (Kamal, Rafik, and Omar) were happy to take the time and effort to answer my questions and help me to see every inch of this car so I could feel confident with my purchase. We have owned our 2015 for two years now - got her used from a family member with about 55k miles. The car is comfortable, fast, huge, and gets great mileage for its size and weight - about 21mpg with a mix of city of highway miles and I'm shocked by that. This is the year they put the 3.0 liter twin turbo V6 in the GL450 - not sure what other years they did, but I highly recommend this engine. V6's are often marketed as having V8 power when they really don't, but this one absolutely has V8 power. It even sounds like a V8. You can certainly feel the car's heft on turns in country roads, but it weighs basically 3 tons fully loaded. It feels very safe and is super quiet inside - build quality is superb. It feels like a fast, luxury tank. I love it and I'm going to drive it as long as I possibly can.

LKL was one of six dealers we visited while shopping for a used Tahoe. I can't say enough good things about Sean and his process of helping us with the purchase of this vehicle. We negotiated an extra fee to take care of some scratches in the paint and his body guy did a fantastic job. We also purchased some new door remotes and found out that they were not able to be user programmed, so Sean brought out his kit and ran the process to program both new remotes. That was some great "after the sale" service. We are definitely satisfied customers!

The 2008 Mercedes ML63 AMG is a comfortable and reliable vehicle. It's the best SUV I ever owned. The power of the 6.3 liter engine is exhilarating. I highly recommend this model. Even in today's suv market it outperforms other vehicles. A+++

The 2015 GL550 turbo is off the rails. Push the sport mode button and some kind of witchcraft happens. It is a fast, comfortable brute that puts many 2023 SUVs to shame. Highway, no problem, B roads, no problem, snow, no problem, heavy rain, no problem. It does it all. Mine was 110K new. I picked mine up used for 40 with 35K on the clock. I use mine like an SUV. We hunt, fish, and put the dogs in the back. It does it all. Do not take your Merc to the dealer. Some folks specialize in Merc and will do your routine maintenance for thousands less. Yes, thousands less. Some of which you can do yourself. I'm on a Mercedes forum. Folks help you with countless features. The Germans know what they are doing.

Got my 2015 gla in 2016. Drove it from NJ to DC every week even in the middle of a blizzard.. I feel like it has a more agile power steering. It can fit it anywhere. The ride is smooth and quiet. It’s now 2025, what do you think? I got the mountain grey color. It still shines like new!

Bought 1 owner 76,000 miles 2007 e350 in 2022. Love this car zero issues. I did replace valve seals as recommended after 80,000 it’s been a great car so far and still looks and feels new
