This does NOT refer to either my dealer's sales or service departments, both of which are excellent. But I have to relate that a life-of-the-car part, the steering control module, failed at only 8,500 miles, and as luck would have it, just after the new car warranty expired. It required two visits and over $1400 to repair. I've not heard anything from Mercedes about even a partial reimbursement- not that I really expect anything.

Great car, but expensive to own and maintain. Style is superb, every conceivable option and feature. Problems with computer suspension system, body hardware and cracks in wheels.

I would like to have given you a 5 and I realize I bought this vehicle sight unseen so I guess that's on me but there was a couple items I've had to repair on the first day that I didn't mind much but should not have had to and the car not having a manual and having an expensive repair to a door card is not something that I would have expected spending this much money.

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Mercedes-Benz of Collierville. Why? Because their people are AWESOME and their focus on Customer Service is the best I have seen/experienced at a car dealership ANYWHERE!!! From the General Manger to the Lot Porters, they all seemed to be focused on the Customer Experience. For example, we were there for service and they were really busy; we saw Armandi Hajdini (General Manager) hustling to bring several cars up from the car wash and even towel drying them on the Service Drive to reduce customer’s wait time. I am not an impulse buyer and usually shop four to six months before buying a vehicle. After researching pre-owned vehicles in a 200 mile radius of Memphis, Mercedes-Benz of Collierville had the BEST Deal (lower miles, lower price, and the vehicle was Certified). Test drove it Saturday and bought the vehicle that Monday. Real ENJOYED working with Doug Shinholt (Sales Consultant), Harold Williams (General Sales Manager) and Rich Kraft (Finance Manager). It was a great experience buying mt car at the dealership. The look and features of the car is what attracted me to it. Donte is a great salesman, he is very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and show me how to use all the features that the car has.

I own a 1999 Mercedes Benz E320; it's lasted this long because I take good care of it. When it came time to replace the brakes and gaskets, I took it to big Wes at Smith Imports; I've used them for many years. The prices were more than competitive and my car was returned to me repaired, wash and cleaned. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone but Wes and Smith Imports. These guys are really good.

My first SL was a 1983 380SL, which was a fun car but more a touring luxury 2-seater than a performance car. My new AMG SL 43 brings the luxury of Mercedes but is more a true sports car. It's the 4 cylinder version but packs an impressive turbo punch, and handles / cruises beautifully. Mileage so far is 22 MPG city and the trip from NJ to Delaware achieved 30 MPG.

I recently purchased a 2023 SL55 AMG from Smith Imports and am extremely happy with the vehicle, purchase process, and overall experience. My representative (Riley) was great - very responsive, respectful/attentive to my concerns, and very helpful in explaining the process and making sure I was taken care of throughout. The car was exactly as advertised and the process could not have been smoother getting it here to Southern California. Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.
