Great car, very fast, smooth, and quiet. Long doors can be hard to get out in a parking lot. The only thing I have a problem with is the electrics, setting the clock time, or resetting mileage. The car's phone is also out of date, and not usable.

Fantastic customer service, on the phone and in person. Saw the car on-line in Central Florida and was contacted by Dan in a timely manner. He answered all my questions and was very professional. I flew up to Raleigh the next day and Dan arranged for transportation from the airport. Met with Dan and Dave at the dealership and was very impressed with them, a font of information about the car. Drove my 1995 Jaguar XJS off the lot after an hour, very happy with the purchase. Great drive back to Florida with the top down! I heartily recommend Dan and Dave and Atlas Motors if you need a reliable car at an honest price.

Always wanted a convertible, but was not impressed with “rag” tops. Love this hard top, and the design is brilliant. Benz dealership is a pleasure to work with.

My 2005 SLK 350 has 250,000 km and it runs very well and the body is clean (no rust). There is a small oil leak but that is to be expected for a car with this milage. Overall, I love this car.

Surprisingly an excellent value for sports car. Bought mine used and quality is still intact. The reliability has proven to be very good. A fun DIY car that is easy to work on. Parts are priced reasonably well and readily available. The Mercedes roadability is the true fun factor. Classic Mercedes styling, being a unique hardtop convertible, and name, will win many over now in and in the future.

I bought a new iPhone17 Pro and tried to connected with my car (E300, 2017). It did not work. I tried many times at home with the instruction but still did not work. Then I drove my car to my car dealer. When I waited for asking service people, Mr. Cameron Johnson came to me with a nice smile. I told him my problem with my new iPhone bluetooth connection with my car. He immediately went to my car to look into. He was very skillful and quickly fixed problem. This should be a great one for me. Then he did further to ask about my car's Apple CarPlay. I said I never used it. He was very nice to explain to me how to make work. He then did even more to go back to his office to bring a cable connector to connect my iPhone to my car. Then my car's Car Play worked!! It warmed my heart for his great service. I am very very happy with his highest lever service and would like to give him great mark on his customer first attitude. He did service things beyond my highest expectation. These cars are very very reliable, the engine gives the driver of power over and stability over most other cars, the car is very quiet considering the 300 eye popping, seat of the pants performance, the E class makes you feel like a spell person, and you would be if you bought one today.

I mistakenly sold my 2012 E350 in 2023 thinking I should upgrade to an SUV. I regretted selling the wagon, though the 2020 MB GLB was a very nice vehicle. So I found a 2011 E350 wagon and couldn't been happier. Maintenance is key, yes. But the leather (not MBTex) wears very well, and the exterior is flawless.
