When my windshield was cracked by a rock on my new 2022 S580 no one could find a replacement. "Backordered" "No ETA" "Nowhere to be found." "Sorry, can't help you." Over and over until I went to the dealership where I bought the car and the Parts Manager, Joe Singer, literally went the extra mile. He not only found the windshield at a dealership in Maryland but sent someone to get it right away. That's customer service. Actually, everyone there was great. My salesman, Phil Polite, was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with as is my service adviser, Darius DeQuesnay. Thrilled to find exceptional customer service in a world where mediocrity is the norm.

Bought a 12 year old 2009 CLK 200 coupe petrol with 100K on the clock. Styling is sleek Driving, on cold engine the gearbox likes to hold onto the lower gears longer than I would like and I am told it does this to warm up the catalytic converter quickly. I don’t like that feature because if your a little heavy on the accelerator then your going to red line it on cold. To offset this I drive in Comfort mode and very light on the accelerator until warm. Short trips is not great on petrol especially if your engine doesn’t warm right up you will notice your mpg going below 20mpg easily if you are heavy on the accelerator. Long motorway journeys this car comes into its own and is an absolute pleasure to drive, smooth as silk and loads of acceleration power when you need it, it will absolutely blast off brilliantly on motorway driving so watch that speedo because you will very quickly shoot way past the speed limit. Will get 30-36mpg on motorway driving. Engine is very quiet and it does stand up to some really hard driving. Interior. Is comfortable and I’m 6,1 and 108 kilos and it fits me well. The only layout I don’t like is the placement of the window switches on the drivers side, why they didn’t put them by the gear lever I don’t know. Engine is quiet and the supercharger makes a nice noise when you put your foot down. I have found this car very easy to service myself, as with any car the more good quality oil changes the better. Plenty of good examples out there to buy even though the years are now ticking by you can find some great ones out there. Fun car combined with luxury driving.

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

This car displays a beautiful, timeless design. For being six years old now, it still has the ability to keep up with today?s super cars. Additionally, great for long distance trips or cruising around town with it?s fantastic comforbility. I must admit though, the rear end is a bit shakey.

After owning this car for 2.5 years I never had any driving experience like this besides driving in my C63 with its violent and raw power and very willing to burn off its own tires also very powerful torque, but it also has it luxurious amenities like comfortable seat’s and overall ok build quality maybe except the footwell with has hard plastic that is not desirable same with the reliability but what do you expect of reliability of a bi-turbocharged v8. Overall I love my C63 and its engaged driving experience!

Blacked out- the sun only finds its way in at the apex of noon, this I like for my long commute. Fantastic. Luxury. Seat warmers. Cruise features so safe you can set exactly how close (by feet) you want to come to the vehicle ahead of you.

What can I say. Overall a great experience. They really enjoy what they do over here and the stock of cars is amazing!! One word of advice is make sure you check every small detail. The sales people can miss details and so can you. They move cars QUICK here and the sales reps on a Saturday seemed very busy!! The dealer had burgers and drinks to share with us while we waited which was awesome. Before I met the owner and his son, I was getting the feeling this was a family business, and it is! Best Experience I have had purchasing an automobile. Have had my C63 for just under a year now and no issues to report thus far. The ride is what you’d expect from a sport tuned car, stiff for sure but not unforgivable. The interior looks fantastic from the drivers seat and everything feels and looks of quality built, I will say however that if you use the sunglasses holder it causes a most maddening rattling in the car. Other then that I wish the cup holders offered a bit more grip as I hate things moving around while driving. The rear seating area only has the 2 vents with no other accessory ports or climate control. The exterior styling is excellent and I love the aggressive stance and contours that make it stand out easily from your standard C class. The black AMG wheels look great especially like mine with the silver paint and carbon fiber trims however, be ready to spend at least once a week doing a deep clean of those wheels because the brake dust is relentless. Also I wish it was just a bit lower in the rear. Finally the performance: this car will absolutely put a smile on your face everytime, I am always surprised as to the noises I get from that AMG exhaust. The emotion start feature is great too for when you want people to know, this ain’t your aunts C250. I absolutely love the angry burbles, cracks, and rumbles of that exhaust. The engine is poised and mild mannered in comfort settings and becomes an angry high reving monster in the sport modes, I like that it has sport and sport+ also for that extra and in between rush you’re looking for. I personally like the nice heavy feel to the steering wheel and it’s extremely tempting to not want to whip the xxx around at every turn. It does take some getting used to at the corners to avoid looking crazy with unexpected wheel spin. Ive yet to do a proper launch on it since I’ve still been getting used to it, being my first RWD car. Overall this is an incredible machine that will always remind you why you bought it. I feel almost smug driving this around as it gets plenty of compliments and of course hate from your local mustang/mopar boys.
