The ride is amazing! Handles like a dream! Loving the “Hey Mercedes” feature built into the car! No fussing with screens or buttons while in traffic or driving. Just say “Hey Mercedes” and the car will do many things with a voice command. It will even tell you a joke if you ask!

We purchased a new MB GLE at the Mercedes Benz of Orange County dealership a few weeks ago and had an amazing experience. I want to single out Mr. Michael Paccione, who was very knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect car for our needs. He was patient and answered all my questions. We have been looking for a new vehicle since November 2023, and the purchase involved the trade of our old car. At that time, we agreed on the trade-in value. However, searching for the right model took longer than anticipated, and we got our new wheels in January 2024. Although the Blue Book value of our trade-in vehicle dropped in 2024, the dealership honored our agreement made in November of 2023. In addition, the dealership gave us another discount for the inconvenience of waiting so long for the delivery of our new car. The financing options presented by Mr. Thomas Tzimoulis were explained in detail and were also reasonable. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.

I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year

Absolutely love the exterior styling of the sedan. There have been no problems and it’s only been to the dealer twice for software recalls. Biggest problem is rear visibility. Never back up unless you have a big area and nothing to hit. However, it will warn you before you hit something. This is a problem at charging stations.

Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).

After looking for months at MINI dealership in the tri-state area and as far as Pennsylvania looking for used car I found that South shore Mitsubishi had the best sales team. The entire staff and all people involved were very pleasant and professional very helpful and very energetic about every aspect of the process unlike other places that seem to be just non-interested trying to just blanket sales somehow. If the above has an extended warranty through Mercedes Benz dealership then you won't have any problems. This warranty usually cost the original owner $3,500 dollars.

The article is titled GLC 350e and you spent the entire article talking about the 300 and some other one and one sentence on the GLC 350e. It's a plugin hybrid that has a 15mil battery charge. In 2022 for the 2019 version it drains fast and I don't feel I get even close to 15miles on a full charge and the mpge doesn't feel much different than the 300, except that it has more horsepower.

Mr. Tate was very professional and we liked him a lot. Good story and set-up to buy tire/rim package. Lots of pressure to buy that. Got us with one key upon leaving after transaction was done. Keys usually run around 500.00 and can be negotiated, so watch out for that. It was not disclosed to us that the car came with one key! That was a miss in our part and we should have known better. Because of having only one key it hinders me from using BMW ID as you need both keys for that. Overall, happy with the car.

I bought this car brand spanking new with 7 miles in it from Mercedes, during Covid where there was literally none around .. I bought the night package 2021 but I’d was in may I believe of 2020.. regardless, I e never had one issue with this car ever… love it..

Only thing I have problem with is : I have to travel from Staten Island, NY to Rahway New Jersey for service maintainance. I’ve had many Mercedes-Benz models over the years, including AMG’s and the GLS 450 a wheel drive with 23 inch wheels makes this car track like a race car. Out of all the Mercedes-Benz models this is the best one you’ve ever had. The second row seats reclining just like the front row seats privacy shades and the third row comes in handy when needed plenty of cargo space for all those trips to the airport to pick up family and friends. It gets great gas mileage then other SUVs and it doesn’t look like a box like it’s competition. I had the dealer put the Mercedes-Benz standup medallion on the hood even though it has a huge Mercedes-Benz insignia on the front. I just like to see the stand up Star medallion from the driver seat guide me down the road..
