He knew the answer to all our questions and was very considerate and respectful. We arrived when another customer was already there. He came and let us know that he was going to finish with the other customers and then he would be right with us. When the other customers took a little while he came back to check on us and offered us water. He was considerate of the customer who he had been working with as well as us. That means a lot in business! He showed us all the cars we wanted to see and let us drive the one I picked. He was very clear and upfront about what had already been taken care of and what was as is. My wife's 2017 Edge Titanium needed service because the "wrench" light came on. Dropped it off and met with Odie Terry, our Service Advisor. Odie informed us that it will be a day or 2 before a tech could get to it because they are always so busy. Odie called me a couple of days later and said the battery wasn't getting enough volts to the sensors, creating numerous error codes. Replaced the battery and one code came back as a torque converter issue. Once we found out they would be keeping it awhile Odie arranged a rental car for us. Turns out the transmission needed a complete overhaul. Thank God for the 5 year/60k mile power train warranty, which covered everything! Took about a week but once we got it back it drove like a dream! Odie called me every 2 days to give me a progress report. He made what was a major inconvenience much more bearable. It's nice to know there's a dealership close to us we can totally trust to service our Edge and do everything right. Hats off to you Odie Terry, you are a true professional and an outstanding ambassador to the Ford Motor Company!

We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.

He went to grab something for us to test drive & didn?t tell us what it was, moments later a 2022 Bronco sport pulled up & to our surprise it was Griff! While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

Was a very easy process. Got a trade in value for our vehicle ahead of going to the dealership. Car was ready for us to see when we got there. They didn’t try to put us in anything other than the vehicle we were interested in. Whole process from when we got there to driving off with the new car was only a little over two hours.

It’s been a great month of getting to know my new vehicle! I waited 12 weeks from the date of order to pick up my new 2023 GLC, and it was definitely worth the wait! I selected the Exclusive trim, Driver Assistance and AMG Line packages with several add-ons, and I could not be happier. My previous car was a fully loaded 2019 GLC 300, and it was unfortunately totaled in early February on a road trip. My first one was the favorite car I had ever owned and it kept us so safe during our accident, so I knew I wanted a second one. I did not realize I would have to wait so long to get a new one but I am happy I did not settle for anything else. The drive is sporty and smooth, and very quiet. It has a slight hesitation from a full stop. Once you take off it picks up very quickly and sport mode on the freeway is great. The upgraded electronics have been easy for me to understand after I read through the owners manual. One recommendation I have is to turn off the automatic speed change if you are using cruise control and happen to go through a construction zone. The cameras pick up the sign and slows the car down very quickly. I prefer to adjust to those situations manually. The car feels a bit bigger and is so attractive and comfortable. It feels much more luxurious than my 2019 did, and in my opinion the upgrades are worth the price. I absolutely love this car! Happy Shopping!

My brother-in-law recommended that I check out car max when needing to purchase a good used car. First I went on line to see what cars were available. I found exactly what I wanted, in my budget, at the Plano location. Luis Delatorre, my fabulous agent, at the Fort Worth, River Ranch Blvd., had the car transported to Fort Worth and I purchased it on sight! I Drove it around the block, and had all the paperwork efficiently delivered to me within 30 minutes! I've found my future dealership and will recommend Car Max to anyone who will listen to me!

After purchasing our GLA 250, 5 yrs ago, 1; our long distance travel includes -to date- 5 times (LA/PHX) - in addition to several "local" trips(Midwest w/o a single problem! 2; We have yet to switch from "E" to "S" - since 'she' already acts as an "Italian" sports car on "E"! "Drawback" 1: Our initial concern was the more expensive hi-grade gas (91/93). However, we do get 31 mpg on combined city/hi-way driving. 2: A trifle too tight for luggage at long distance trvl and/or transporting i.e. skis.

Went to this Carmax off of an advertised vehicle. Vehcile was as advertised with no hidden charges or add-ons. We wanted to look at others and the salesperson walked us through all available vehicles. We ended up wanting to see one at another Carmax They set up arrangeents and we went to the other Carmax and purchased that vehicle. Both dealerships were very helpful and courteous. Price was better than other dealerships and there was no haggling. Actually a very easy buying process. I have not found a better price at ay other dealership in the area.

I leased two 2020 Glc 350e, one for me and one for my son. We found almost immediately that his was a lemon. It broke down constantly with the message reading “pull over and turn off engine immediately”. After several months in and out of MB repair we hired an attorney and MB bought the car back as a lemon. Then i started to get the yellow “watering can” icon on my dashboard with about 2k miles on the clock and we thought mine was also a lemon. After three separate weeks in repair at MB a technician was finally able to fix the problem. Now at 14,600 miles and so far no other problems. I actually love driving this car and seriously considering buying at lease end in August.
