I just want to thank everyone involved with our new vehicle purchase!! From Marry (Sales) confirming the vehicle was ACTUALLY on the lot and personally holding onto the keys so no one else could grab them(!), to Christian (Sales Director) and his willingness to work with us to come up with numbers that worked for us both, to Jessi (finance) and her quick, friendly work getting us through our paperwork. Everyone was super friendly and professional. After the purchase we had to return for installation of running boards where we met John Ferrigno (service). Although we were told install would take an hour or two, he told us it would likely be longer - a little disappointing but we had the time to wait. Not even 1 hour later John came up to us to say our install was DONE!! He pushed it to the top of the list - what excellent customer service! And the final kudos goes to Mike Schmidt (service) who took my frantic call today when I couldn't get the liftgate to open or shut (stuck 1/2 way open) Although he tried to talk me through the process over the phone (for a good 15 minutes) I was really frustrated, so he guided me through the process of manually closing the liftgate (so I could get home) and said if we couldn't figure out how to reset it - he'd be glad to help out. Fortunately, we figured it out (lesson learned!) but his calmness and patience helped me not freak out. I don't think most people enjoy the process of vehicle shopping BUT this experience from start to finish was exceptional! Thanks Umansky!

This car is great and handles well, it's summer now I know I am good for the summer, can't wait to see how it handles in the winter.

Had a great experience at Hiller, my salesman Dave was a pleasure to work with and very helpful finding the right truck for me. Then the finance guy Robert was easy to work with and ensured I got a great deal… paperwork was easy and quick! Overall great customer service and I would no doubt come back again.

I seek it out. Since the corona virus hit, there were very little inventory on new ones. I looke3d around and to no avail. One dealer called me and said that she has a 2019 Metris with only under 400 miles that they use for customers to drive around the lot. I liked it because it fits my needs. I gave up a 2016 GMC Sierra Denali 1500 truck for it. I miss my big boy but no regrets.

I have a SLK230 since 1999. Drove it from WA state to California on Highway 1 multiple times. I also drive it every weekend for trips to nearby towns and during the week to get a coffee. It is a great little car with a bit odd engine sound, but it has been going on without an issue forever.

The ride is amazing! Handles like a dream! Loving the “Hey Mercedes” feature built into the car! No fussing with screens or buttons while in traffic or driving. Just say “Hey Mercedes” and the car will do many things with a voice command. It will even tell you a joke if you ask!

Buying my Mercedes Benz here was the best experience. The people are very professional. They offer a variety of snacks and drinks. The salesperson showed me how to use all of the features of the car I purchased.

Malvin and Brandon and all we interacted with were extremely nice. Malvin, our sales agent was helpful with information about the car and getting us through the process. Brandon was able to help with financing. Our 6-month-old was with us the entire time, which took about 4.5 hours, so if I have any negative feedback, it is that the process took a VERY long time. We were extremely happy with our service, and give your boy Malvin a raise!

ML is one of my favorite cars of all time. my 2015 ML350, is nimble, good on gas, plenty of power, low maintenance and smooth. I truly love driving it.

I received great service from Lindim and Al, friendly and very professional helping me find a car I wanted. This does NOT refer to either my dealer's sales or service departments, both of which are excellent. But I have to relate that a life-of-the-car part, the steering control module, failed at only 8,500 miles, and as luck would have it, just after the new car warranty expired. It required two visits and over $1400 to repair. I've not heard anything from Mercedes about even a partial reimbursement- not that I really expect anything.

There are two Mercedes Benz dealers in the Milwaukee area, and I’m glad I chose International Autos Group to service my vehicle. From the time I arrived to the time I left, I was treated very well by everyone. When I arrived, the service person was with a customer but immediately acknowledged me and let me know he would be with me shortly. Soon after, I had the Service Manager, Pete, help me out. Pete is professional, friendly and truly wants to help customers. He went the extra mile to ensure MB would cover any issues under warranty. I really appreciated that and the fact that they completed my regular maintenance quickly. Every staff member I interacted with was very responsive and friendly, from the sales people, admins and even the tech that drove my vehicle. Management: you make some quality hires so keep it up. Excellent purchasing experience great repurchase and post purchase follow through by Jake Mooney. The entire staff, but especially Jake made me feel like I was purchasing a new car despite it being secondhand and not a Mercedes. I bought this car brand spanking new with 7 miles in it from Mercedes, during Covid where there was literally none around .. I bought the night package 2021 but I’d was in may I believe of 2020.. regardless, I e never had one issue with this car ever… love it..

I bought my 2003 mb SL500 in 2023 with 30,000 original miles. It runs excellent has a bullet proof engine and design will always be IN vogue cuz of its sleek design. I got all the previous repair receipts from original owner which is great to know the history. As with any 21 yr old car there may be repairs. I have a great MB independent repair shop called Star Motors in Gainesville Fl who really knows these cars and they fix them right and for less than a dealer. Sure thing’s can go wrong and I have found repairs about 25% more than Honda or Toyota. One has to factor in repairs no matter what. I like the 5.0 engine and one thing is they last! They ride so smooth on the wide tires on the highways and there tight steering. Bose sound system still working great afte all these years. Buy one have it inspected if your worried. There in my view great cars. Depreciated a lot since new at $100,000 out the door. So paying 15k to 20k is a bargain. You’ll love it!

I’ve had many Mercedes-Benz models over the years, including AMG’s and the GLS 450 a wheel drive with 23 inch wheels makes this car track like a race car. Out of all the Mercedes-Benz models this is the best one you’ve ever had. The second row seats reclining just like the front row seats privacy shades and the third row comes in handy when needed plenty of cargo space for all those trips to the airport to pick up family and friends. It gets great gas mileage then other SUVs and it doesn’t look like a box like it’s competition. I had the dealer put the Mercedes-Benz standup medallion on the hood even though it has a huge Mercedes-Benz insignia on the front. I just like to see the stand up Star medallion from the driver seat guide me down the road..

I have owned my 2017 E 300 for 5 years. It has been the finest car I have ever own. It is enjoyable to drive. It's a baby S class. I searched and purchased the 2017 e300 with P3 package. The lane keeping assist is the most advance in 2017. The engine is a 4 cylinder but it handles like a V-6. This car is leader for luxury, driving and durability.
